Now .... THIS should be mandatory ....

Tampa's Back Door Ways ... (OR...): I feel guilty and I'm going to change that NOW

This is a re-posting so if it looks familiar it IS !!

Tampa's Back Door Ways ... (OR...): I feel guilty and I'm going to change that NOW

Sorry to re-publish this but it needs to stay out on the Internet ...

Ongoing Intimidation by the Tampa Firemen et. al.

So, last week it was BIG LOTS on Dale Mabry where they had some guy all bandaged up and surrounded by cops/firemen. (video photos) About the age of someone I love .... (oh and this would be a re-run of this head-bandaged thing.... ask Elia) I asked around. I asked a dozen people (yep, I did) No one saw anything. No one had ANY idea what had happened. IF anything had happened. Not one person in the vicinity saw anything leading up to all the bandages and the leers. Street Theater. On your dime. I'm sure they can come up with witnesses and such (anything for a crack rock or a green card) but the truth is that ... they're performing street theater on your dime. Lots and lots of your dimes.

Like the wrecks that were dumped off in my neighborhood they street theatered this whole scene out of thin air just for me. MILLIONS MILLIONS MILLIONS.

When you begin to realize how often this is done, it adds a whole new dimension to your day. People truly are sheeple. Please don't be.

Last night, they parked right outside of that someone I love's place of employment. Well, actually I have tape of them careening over there as though it were an emergency ... and then when I arrived of course there they were in all their glory ... ambulance and all. Isn't the timing just amazing??

It's THAT amazing every minute I am on the road to anywhere ... even in Washington DC. (pics video, yawn)

So, right away I called inside to find out what was wrong (knowing full well it was NOTHING) and one person after another had NO idea why they were there. That's the FrontDesk person, three random employees, a manager and oh ... the Sheriff who was ambling about the store. (note on this guy ... he's the same one who is affiliated with wrecker service (shouldn't that be ILLEGAL??) so I'm sure his sworn testimony would be intersting ...HAHA)
So, that's ten witnesses (including family, friend and myself) oh, and then two people from the neighborhood who happened to be shopping there and also saw nothing and no reason why they were there. So that's TWELVE witnesses to the fact that they were there for NO reason; except for: exploiting the taxpayers to intimidate and stalk myself and to lodge not-so-subtle threats against my loved ones. I taped all of this including the phone calls because as you can imagine, as this sick behavior escalates --- I stopped sitting back and taking it. I'm going to take it to a local producer if I don't youtube it myself if this doesn't cease in EVERY FASHION IMMEDIATELY. ALL OF IT. ALL OF IT.

If you're keeping track, that's the second time I've asked. I have a limit and it's close.

This morning it was more of the same. Now, instead of driving by in a frenzy trying to kill people .... they are performing their antics to end up looming in the rearview mirror. You would be surprised how well shots from a rearview mirror turn out, I bet. Pretty damn good. It's going to open up a whole new career for me if I don't get burned first.

Come on ! What are the chances that out of the twenty four hours a day I am NOT somewhere that they and I arrive at the same place within two minutes of each other so often. Now, instead of zooming up on me it's the above.

My boyfriend and I sat and had lunch outdoors not long back. I said ... hey, look who's not here !! And less than two minutes later --- there they were. Again, since it was a county destination, I'm sure they've got the built in story, documentation and victim all ready.

But, more importantly ... what are the statistical chances that one small girl holding a MILLION DOLLAR PIECE OF PROPERTY is completely surrounded by emergencies EVERY SINGLE DAY; more than once. And that most times in traffic I am in the company of a. them b. dumptruck man c. another representative same. .. yeah, they're just going fishin or on their way somewhere ... LOL !!!

I've done some polling on this matter. Out of 100 people I have asked .. most rarely see an emergency vehicle on any given day.

I've lived or visited around the corner from one for years and years ... this behavior is new.

What else is it?

My friends, it is ILLEGAL and YOU are paying for it.

You are paying these men and women upwards of 45 to 60 thousand a year to stalk, intimidate and harass my family and I.

*************************************************************************

Next time you drive by a fire station have a look at them if you can see them. They're thugs. Gone are the guys who helped you in Tampa all your life. Check it out.

Yep, it would be crazy as hell if I didn't have the pics to prove it.
And they know it.

*****************************************************************************

What do you imagine the connection is to these guys (cops and firemen and masons and etc... ) controlling so many elections (and they do) and also being involved in this property grabbing???

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Could be those age-old Tampa connections to gambling.

Common thieves. We are paying common thieves to be retired from common thievery.

You know what's twisted? I was all okay with that (in a what are you gonna do about it way??) until they started threatening people I love.

And, it took me years to notice.

Well, do something if you care.

I am.

It's not just me who is suffering.

When I realized it was other people I felt responsible .... (and as I've said, I've met too many people this is being done to. They may not be experiencing the stalking as I am but they are experiencing the property grab) Look around.

Florida in the Minority as Usual

Law forces Fla. sex offenders outside By JOHN PAIN, Associated Press Writer
45 minutes ago

UPDATE : FINALLY I find a little common sense walking against these fear-mongers. The boyfriend says these bad laws are a result of lack of media. I agree.

MIAMI - Five convicted sex offenders are living under a noisy highway bridge with the state's grudging approval because an ordinance intended to keep predators away from children made it nearly impossible for them to find housing.

Some of them sleep on cardboard raised slightly off the ground to avoid the rats. One of the men beds down on a pallet with a blanket and pillow. Some have been there for several weeks.

"You just pray to God every night, so if you fall asleep for a minute or two, you know, nothing happens to you," said 30-year-old Javier Diaz, who arrived this week. He was sentenced in 2005 to three years' probation for lewd and lascivious conduct involving a girl under 16.

The conditions are a consequence of laws passed here and elsewhere around the country to bar sex offenders from living near schools, parks and other places children gather. Miami-Dade County's 2005 ordinance — adopted partly in reaction to the case of a convicted sex offender who raped a 9-year-old Florida girl and buried her alive — (what john couey/mark lunsford got for America) says sex offenders must live at least 2,500 feet from schools.

I like this bit about how he's not sure about closure but he's sure he wants to run for public office according to the Tampa Tribune.

"They've often said that some of the laws will force people to live under a bridge," said Charles Onley, a research associate at the federally funded Center for Sex Offender Management. "This is probably the first story that I've seen that confirms that."

The five men under the Julia Tuttle Causeway are the only known sex offenders authorized to live outdoors in Florida, said state Corrections Department spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger.

This is great, ain't it?

"This is not an ideal situation for anybody, but at this point we don't have any other options," she said. "We're still looking. The offenders are still actively searching for residences."

But she conceded a point that many experts have made: This "is a problem that is going to have to be addressed. If we drive these offenders so far underground or we can't supervise them because they become so transient, it's not making us safer."

County Commissioner Jose Diaz said he had no qualms about the ordinance he created.

Of course not, he's just supporting good government.

"My main concern is the victims, the children that are the innocent ones that these predators attack and ruin their lives," Diaz said. "No one really told them to do this crime."

The men must stay at the bridge between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because a parole officer checks on them nearly every night, Plessinger said.

They have fishing poles to catch food, cook with small stoves, use battery-powered TVs and radios and keep their belongings in plastic bags. Diaz has trouble charging the GPS tracking device he is required to wear; there are no power outlets nearby.

The whoosh of cars passing overhead echoes loudly under the causeway, which runs over Biscayne Bay, connecting Miami and Miami Beach.

About 100 feet away are the bay's blue-green waters, where a family with young children played in the water this week. In the near distance, luxury condominiums rise from the coastline.

Javier Diaz said he and the other men fear for their lives, especially because of "crazy people who might try to come harm sex offenders."

The five committed such crimes as sexual battery, molestation, abuse and grand theft. Many of the offenses were against children. The state moved the men under the bridge from their previous home — a lot next to a center for sexually abused children and close to a day care center — after they were unable to find affordable housing that did not violate the sex-offender ordinance.

Twenty-two states and hundreds of municipalities have sex offender residency restrictions, according to a California Research Bureau report from last August.

Associated Press writer Matt Sedensky contributed to this report.

A crumbling republic. Everything but the casinos twinkling away.

While sex offenders can live where they want here --- for reasons that make me PROUD as punch (property values and such) --- violent offenders wander about freely and the homeless are afraid to tell (EVEN ME) where they sleep because of the harassment and beating deaths.....

It makes ya tear up with pride, yknow??

I just don't get it WHY AN ARREST

UPDATE: According to the St Pete Times interview the following day, this young woman was found with her sister in one's home or the other: with her other two, older children and her sister, having dinner. Sorry I didn't post an update right then as now I can't locate the article. As usual, when it sounds F'd it IS.

Yknow maybe there is more to the story, and I'm mistaken. People forget. I've read about folks who have driven to work and locked their infants in their cars and forgotten about them most of the day. At some point during the day, they make a horrified dash to their car to find a dead infant. This is terrible. Tragic. Sickening. But, they are not charged with criminal acts. What's the difference?
I don't get it.
Maybe the person on the other end failed this child. Why weren't they arrested?
I'm not saying it's OKAY to do this. I'm saying 'shit happens' ... I hope they had a compelling reason to arrest this woman other than someone failed to take her baby inside.

They prosecuted half to death the woman who left the baby in the van at the family daycare. That's understandable (mostly) as they are licensed to care for others' children and she admitted a lapse in 'procedure'. But, this .... I just don't see why mistakes have to result in arrests.

This lady would have to be a pretty heinous parent for this to satisfy me as something she needed to be arrested for.

Tampa Cops --- never stop servin' and protecting. Or somethin. Probably this lady is poor. Given the addresses --- there are other factors involved, as well. Business as usual in Tampa.

Baby left on top of car
TAMPA – Investigators accused a 26-year-old Tampa woman of abandoning her baby by leaving the infant on top of someone else’s car.

Jajuana Yvette Broxton, of 4411 N 48th St., faces a charge of child neglect after police say she left an 8- to-9-month-old baby in a car seat on top of a 1995 Nissan at 6014 N 40th St.

Police say Broxton put the baby on the hood of the car, dropped off a diaper bag, then drove away in another car. Officers interviewed people at the scene and figured out a few places where Broxton could have gone, said Lt. Robert Lovering. They found her at 11314 52nd St., where they arrested her.

She was released from the Hillsborough County Jail after posting $7,500 bail.

Police reports give no indication of injuries to the child, who was not transported to a hospital.

A shout out to Paul St Pete Times Commenter on John Winter

Dear Paul,

First of all -- you are wrong. Some of the bravest people in the world decide to leave. What is braver than facing the unknown?

Second of all -- I think it was much less than kind for you to leave such a thoughtless comment for his family to see. (maybe you just didn't think about it, huh? Please do so in the future)

UPDATE: St Pete Times DID remove this comment. Thank you. IF I had to choose a local paper, you'd be the only one I'd read. (HOWARD Troxler ROBYN Blumner, Phillip Gailey, Bill Maxwell, etc etc...)

And to the St. Pete Times --- some of your comment editors are Removed by blogger as the insult it was .. they took the comment out, I'm happy and they better stop deleting my damn comments. I had my comment removed in the buzz yesterday for saying that some of the previous commenters sounded like vigilante bikers.(this among attack after attack on each other so it wasn't due to the attacking nature, my post was not an attack and the other posts are ALL still there) AND I include MY name, website and address ... BUT -- you allowed 'paul' to make an anonymous, cruel, unneccessary comment for all the world and a grieving family to read. About a man who left too early and in a not at all cowardly fashion. I am not adverse to the fact that someone can step into the void given how easily other people live in a void their entire lives. Which is worse? God Bless Him. He's such a handsome, young guy. It hurts. But, maybe it hurt to be him. To the family: Much love and strength and courage and watch yourselves. It's a hard, long road you're on now. But, it has it's silver linings. You may not believe me now, but you'll see. I promise.

WHY?

Remove it.

The comments are below but also, thanks to Tommy at Sticks of Fire who covered this well, with lots of links ....

Blanks and Charges

Okay, tell me if this sounds mercenary. I'm leaving out names and identities for now, and even some words to protect those who frankly don't deserve protection but having never been a RAT (like some) I just don't feel good about spilling people's filthy sides of their lives onto the WWW...

However -- (you knew this was coming, right??) -- I'm willing to disclose same for a fee. In fact, I'm going to disclose some of this in a book which will definitely be for sale very soon but if you'd like to know if your name or some similar aspect that identifies your smarmy and illegal acts towards me and my family have been mentioned I'd be happy to negotiate a fee with you. For the record, save your pennies if I've known you longer than thirty years. Out of respect for you and your family I'll leave your names out. Out of respect for you and your family I have remained silent. Apparently this same respect was not inbred in you. That's a pity but you and yours are safe with me. The ones who took it upon themselves to do your bidding against an innocent family are wide open just like they've left MY family wide open. Herewith I refer to my extended family and network many of whom are currently suffering at your hands. Be on notice.

About Me

ANYWHERE, ANYWHERE LOL, United States
I was born a citizen of the world and have remained such but along with that: I'm a long time Tampa resident. Mixed bag at that as I've seen life here from nearly all angles and while somewhere in there I became slightly indoctrinated, I'm not too proud of the way people have taken over this city and run it with an iron fist for all but some. This city is working hard on creating just two classes. Thems and them dont's and they are working hard to shove some families down into the gutter for reasons known only to them. Some might be as petty as jealousy, some might be politically motivated, some might just be stupid and all are wrong. I want to believe we can get better but that would entail some stuff that I have no control over. I only can control myself and my reactions to what occurs.
