I'm just curious about all you" rising" factions and your symbols and your "beliefs" and your drive to be 'recognized.' Which makes me laugh.
Are you not all human beings? All in search of the same thing? Well, we know that evil human beings are in search of something else which is why we others have to DEMAND our rights as human beings. Power cedes nothing without a demand and this country has only once been in worse shape than it is NOW.
I've been the many 'designations' I am all of my life. Never thought it bought me any special privileges and never let it bother me if someone was ignorant enough to degrade me for one of them. I was raised to believe that I could do ANYTHING. And I was raised to treat everyone the same unless they REALLY deserved otherwise and even then, I am capable of ignoring and don't even notice most people's ill will.
But, instead of being Irish, English, Puerto Rican, gay, black, Cuban, Spanish, yellow, red, chinese, bi, transgendered, Catholic, Jewish, Baptist, Atheist (LOL) ... have you ever thought about just RELAXING, being an American but FOREMOST a human being, and standing up for the whole human race??? TOGETHER.
Maybe that is why I have not been fooled by the Barack Obama campaign. I've never looked at another human being and not been able to see them as human beings ... despite the fact that they have brown/blue/black eyes and I have green/gray. Some of my best friends have brown eyes (racist 101 that's ME) And if their hair is one texture and mine another, it's not what I see. One of my best Latina friends looks more like a white person than I do. Some Spanish people I know do not speak the language as well as I do.
Anyway, to ME, Obama is NOT black. Not even just 'not that black'. He's just some fucking dude running for President just like all the other dudes all through history. Clinton is just some lady running for President just like all the other ladies who have run. Nope, can't really say that because there has only been ONE other woman on the ticket. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
McSaintMann cannot really go in this equation because I consider those monsters less than human in too many respects, currently.
I'm so STUNNED by people I long have had respect for that they a. are Cuban/Irish/Jewish/Catholic... FIRST. b. are allowing this campaign to be framed as black man?first black man, white woman/first woman (she's not and he's NOT the first either) and that other freak, McMann. c. are just disappointing as a whole.
It's like with the Condi must GO thing. Why? Why not george? Are people really so incapable of seeing the big picture? Why keep picking off his people? Just IMPEACH HIM
