From Unlikely Quarters

When all of this started (visibly and boldly and SICKLY) in America from the stolen elections of 2000 and 2004, to the government conspiracy of September 11, 2001, to the attacks on civil rights and the witch-hunts, I remember some stand out things/humans. And, of course, some not so great ones ... .but that's not what this is about today.

I remember asking around to see if ANY ONE voted for Hitler Bush and seeing the disgusted faces and vigorous anger (especially in 2004) No one really voted for 'that "man"'. So, we put ourselves to the task of 'surviving' his 'Residency'.

Why?
Why do so many speak of prison for him but not support impeaching him??

I remember sitting at my Volvo mechanic and watching on the tube when the buildings fell and it felt vaguely familiar. I happened to be there with a former security guy for the bldg and he intimated that there were 50 -- 60,000 people in the building at the time. Needless to say, it was then a relief to realize we had only lost over 3000 and not the over-50,000 I had thought. Still, it looked odd, and familiar. (all those vegas building implosions they love to televise, but because I never watch TV, I barely remembered seeing one once)

Because as we all KNOW, the buildings were purposely destroyed for redeveloping. (like the fires across Florida) No matter the cost of human life.
In a sinister, dual-purpose plan the WhiteHouse, under this resident moved swiftly with legislation that was already penned and took advantage of the Reichstag situation it had created.
Then we began this smokescreen life we live now. Where everyone is suspicious ... or suspected.

Fuck that. We're the same people we were before 2000. I'm not so weak-minded that a little tiny man and his little tiny cohorts will have me hate my fellow man or be suspicious of those who didn't merit my suspicion before he slithered into my WhiteHouse with his henchies in tow .. and more to replace the original ones ... I don't look over my shoulder --- it's all the usual suspects down through the simple, yet barbaric history of Tampa and the nation and the world. Nothing has really changed, about US. But, George has changed the way the world views us. Which is why I make it icily clear at every opportunity that he does NOT represent ME or those I love.

This is the era of smokescreen, pretty flower and divisive tactics living. Don't fall for it. From a man who can barely enunciate and doesn't come CLOSE to elucidation.

Divisive tactics to keep people from being able to communicate:
gas prices (suvs and go shopping from bush)
gay marriage (who cares? love is love)
science vs religion
stemcell research
they look too french
american fries
it goes on on on on on on on on .... because out there are some incredible # of michelle-malkin type folks who will spin on and on in their agony of lack of actual wordage and when all else quickly fails them they perform attacks on the character, veracity, etc.. of those whose arguments they can't hope to fray.

Anyway, I remember at different times taking extreme pride in folks who stepped up to the plate.

Those who stepped up for the truth of Sept. 11, 2001. There's not much to attack with ed asner, martin sheen and some others but they pretty much rent (or tried to LOL) the characters of others who spoke up. And, still others they went after their health or lives. I can't be the only one who notices how the really REAL journalists are dropping like flies.

So many others .... that's just a 3-second sweep of my mind.

Then Bruce Willis stepped into the light. My light. Our light. I've kinda just tolerated/liked Bruce ... he's hot in one way but soooo not MY type ... he seems extremely intelligent and well-spoken so I always had to wonder why he continued to make 'blow em higher' movies ... but, I'm not a fan of action films, so that's just me.

And I blogged when he interviewed with Vanity Fair and mentioned that soon they would be attacking him. And, so they have.

His is just the latest career and character they are attacking. I remember being not so proud of Bruce when he seemed to be so 'git r done' .. wondering how a man of intellect could even fathom that following hitler bush was the prudent thing to do ... but, I rolled my eyes and figured that whole mentality of action went together in that way that women know we don't fully grasp how youthful men remain in certain ways for all of their lives. (and I love that part about men the MOST, well not THE most but ... you know) And, Bruce was being a true patriot, AND no matter whether I agree with you or not I take pride that you are an American speaking your mind, following your heart, sharing your ambition to make things better.

Now that Bruce has PROUDLY stepped into the light I'm not going to sit by while these NeoCon assholes attack him. Just last month he was the A-list invitee. But, now they want to shut him up. So, it's not that I love him, or any other star ... it's that NOW we definitely have something in common other than he likes hot women and, well ---- there's ME. LOL. And, he's open-minded and so am I. I hang out with my X too and never think a thing of it though others can't get past it.

And, that lone person in your circle who espouses the TRUTH of Sept. 11, 2001 -- stick up for them, too. If you don't concur the very least you can do is support their right to speak up. That's AMERICAN.

Because this IS still AMERICA.

And we will be here and so will beloved America LONG AFTER george bush is finally taken out of that office by impeachment or imprisonment.

So be sure to go see Fast Food Nation. And every other movie Willis makes.
