Here we go .... I'm so sickened by these cutesy little nicknames and wondering why we always have the money to build YET ANOTHER INTRUSIVE DATABASE and homeless are being moved around from place to place. Because we simply can't afford to help them and anyway lots of them are refugees from the mental institutions which RONNY REAGAN closed for us.

Likely most of the homeless will be linked to the terrorism due to arrest records for sleeping in public places and communing with those with DUI's who can't drive and therefore can't support themselves in any fashion ....

So, while Mr. Alvarez-Montgomery is decrying the fact that this is datamining and 'creating criminals', the ACLU is rightly defining the color of the sky as blue.

The most important lines appears to be this. (below in italics) I'm going to go find out how to comment in the Federal Register and I hope you do the same. Let's hop RIGHT ON that list. I'm on so many lists NOW that it's almost funny. (i guess) Don't know, don't care.
