U S Attorneys Not just fired but DEAD no questions asked by senate

Forget the whole Albert Gonzalez thing. He's an ass. He's also a smokescreen.

Read THIS.

And be sure to read THIS.

Millions of dollars for Bush --- US attorneys investigating. Two end up dead, three fired, two resigned.

Look at Al !!!

Yeah, compared to MURDERS he IS the pretty flower.

When will people notice the bodies piling up around this family? They could build a fort from the dead bodies and hole up behind it.

Oh, that's right they already HAVE.

EXCERPT:

Senate ignored 5 Texas asst. U.S. attorney deaths and firings at Gonzales hearing

Medicare fraud plaintiff filings cite FBI electronic surveillance, illegal searches tied to obstruction of justice by DOJ lawyer replacing Missouri U.S. attorney prosecuting same case

Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats failed to question Attorney General Alberto Gonzales about five Texas assistant U.S. attorneys—two of whom were found dead and three fired within a space of 90 days during 2004— while they were prosecuting the same Medicare fraud and money laundering case with Kansas City U.S. attorney Todd P. Graves who announced his resignation on March 10, 2006 under pressure from the Justice Department.

Tampa Port agency sues tenant that wants to block plant

TAMPA - The chemical testing lab that's fighting to block construction of an ethanol plant now faces a threat from its landlord, the Tampa Port Authority.

In a lawsuit against PEL Laboratories, the public agency is asking a judge to rule the company violated its lease and can be kicked off the site where it has done business for 16 years.

PEL's attorney charged Thursday that the port is bullying her client.

"It's punishment, slapping PEL across the face for exercising its First Amendment rights, " said attorney Marion Hale. "It's just intimidation, pure and simple."

(WHAT??? Tampa INTIMIDATING someone??? NO !! This can't be. Pull up a chair, kiddies ... it SURE IS.)

The port authority granted Port Sutton EnviroFuels a lease option in 2005 on 22 acres for an ethanol plant that can distill 50-million gallons of the corn-based fuel annually.

But the project stalled after PEL sued last year. The company says emissions from the plant would make it impossible to continue testing soil and water samples for contaminants.

Port Sutton EnviroFuels and the port authority contend that PEL is exaggerating the plant's impacts and angling for a cash settlement to relocate.

(ya THINK????)

PEL maintains EnviroFuels' industrial operations would ruin its business. To port general counsel Charles Klug, that means the port authority could be blocked from leasing the land to any potential industrial tenants. He points out that PEL's lease prevents the company from interfering with other port businesses.

(OR with JEB's pet projects, I think he means. LOL)

Closing Libraries?? But Money for a RIVERWALK???

Peeling Back the Sewer Cover in Tampa, FL

So, I just got an inside tip from a friend who tells me that the six o'clock news tonight on channel ten will air a story about the Hillsborough County Library hours being lessened, librarians losing jobs, etc... due to these property tax cuts. But, wait, didn't PAM just get some money from Charlie for the Riverwalk?? Isn't she ALSO planning on using SIXTEEN MILLION in public money for this godforsaken, homogenized brick accessless riverwalk that no one seems to want???

That's a LOT of library hours and librarian salaries. SIXTEEN MILLION DOLLARS !!!!!

When did bricks up a river become more important than education?? Than meeting places? Than sanctuaries with books?? Than computer access???? Than educating a community? WHEN????

I think it's when Pam became Mayor. OR, should I say when the Tampa Firemen and the Masons became Mayor of Tampa?? That's it. That's when.

I like RacyMind's fucktard award. I think I'll be giving out a few of my own. They just spent millions and millions BUILDING libraries. Maybe we can use them as hangouts for the National Guard when george sends them to shut down our cities.

Now, watch em kill the story ... LOL. It's already been mentioned in the Trib.

Funny Martinez should mention this -- Social Security

This is so funny of Mel (don't know what an ethic R) Martinez ...I invite you to go in to ANY social security office in the Tampa area. The majority of people in there are latino and speak ONLY Spanish. The workers all have Spanish accents if they are not black. (less than one fifth of them are white, maybe even less) The Caucasians are under-represented if they are there at ALL. Go check. Go and look before you dare to say different. It's a fact, not bias. Facts are facts. Bias is bias. It's kinda hard NOT to notice when the cacophony is all in Spanish which most people mistakenly believe that auburn-haired ladies don't grasp. Go see if you don't believe me.

I think Mr. Martinez better check around to see what side his bread is buttered on --- he's gonna be screwing "his own people" out of jobs and entitlement. Wow, him and Gonzalez are sure not doing the right Latinos proud. The right Latinos should be voicing this. Some are.

And AINT IT AMAZING that little george (drunky mcstagger) put I-don't-know-what-an-ethic-R-Mel-Martinez on this case???? LOL !!!! I believe the AMERICAN people spoke resoundingly when they said they DID NOT want social security privatized.

How about we take some of that money from the Iraq BILLIONS and keep taking care of those who need help no matter what language they speak ???? hmmmmmm????

He just won't leave it alone. PLEASE HELP TO IMPEACH AND IMPRISON HIS ASS. He'd have you in prison in a heartbeat for any imagined wrong. Ask your CongressPerson to invoke Article 25 of the Constitution.
The "man" has been witnessed to be thumping himself like a primate saying, I am the pResident.
Clearly he is totally UNstable.

Martinez Focuses On 'Entitlement Reform' (he would know about entitlement, this coming from the guy who traveled to puerto rico to save their rainforest as first order of business, the guy who does not return calls or email or staff his office some days) hmmmmmmmmmm

I'm dedicating this to Mel today from his friends at FUCK BOB MARTINEZ. FUCK MEL MARTINEZ TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By WILLIAM MARCH, The Tampa Tribune

Published: May 31, 2007

TAMPA - Already immersed in one of the most controversial issues on the political scene, immigration reform, U.S. Sen. Mel Martinez appeared ready Wednesday to leap into another - Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid revisions.

Martinez, R-Orlando, co-hosted a presentation at the University of South Florida by several government finance experts about what they called a looming, potentially disastrous financial crisis stemming from the programs.

What's a member of the Senate doing f'ing around in an executive bureau responsibility????

The story they told isn't new: An aging population is consuming ever greater amounts of health care and retirement benefits compared with the number of workers whose taxes pay for those benefits.

But the experts, including U.S. Comptroller General David Walker, attempted to convey what they said was the seriousness of the problem.

'We're in a $50 trillion hole, and it's getting deeper by $3 trillion a year,' Walker said of the commitments for future health care and retiree benefits.

Martinez acknowledged that Social Security is considered the 'third rail' of politics, like the electrified third rail of a subway train - touching it is said to be deadly.

'But we have no choice but to touch it,' he said, introducing the panel of experts. 'These programs are weak and worsening over the last year. It's time we did something about it.'

'This Is The Time'

Later, in comments to reporters, Martinez added, 'We need reform of the health care system, and we need entitlement reform. This is an opportunity, this is the time,' meaning the period before the presidential election.

Martinez has supported President George Bush's proposal for partial privatization of Social Security. (naturally)

But other than that, said a spokesman for his office, he has no specific legislative initiatives to propose immediately on major changes in Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid, the largest programs among those often called 'entitlement programs.' His goal was to begin discussion of the issue. (again I think the American people spoke on this matter decisively. This is a Hallmark of Bush politics, where they just keep it up and keep it up up up up up)

The program Martinez co-hosted at USF was sponsored by the Concord Coalition, a watchdog group on fiscal policy, which for years has contended that Social Security is fiscally unsound and should be drastically revised.

But the panel included experts with various points of view, including the conservative-leaning Heritage Foundation, the liberal-oriented Brookings Institution and Walker, as well as Concord Coalition head Robert Bixby.

Concord spokesman Harry Zeeve said the group has sponsored more than 20 of the panels across the country over the past 18 months or so, often hosted by members of Congress. (first I've heard of it)

'The organizations don't all agree' on a solution, he said, 'but we agree on the math. So we've stayed away from specific solutions while we tried to outline the problem.'

He said the aim is 'to make it safe for our elected officials to talk about it - to deactivate that third rail.'

Social Security Fixes

Walker suggested changes in Social Security that he said would solve the program's problems and might be comparatively easy to enact:

Gradually increasing the retirement age in relation to life expectancy.

Increasing the amount of individual income subject to Social Security taxation.

Lowering the benefits upper- and middle-income people are entitled to relative to the income they earned while working, known as the 'replacement rate,' and raising that ratio for poor people.

All of those proposals, however, have been controversial in the past.

Walker said the federal budget deficit has worsened in the past few years.

At the beginning of this century, he noted, the federal budget was showing a surplus, and all federal debt was projected to be paid off in a few years. But today, interest on the national debt is more than the cost of the Medicaid program and more than was appropriated last year for military operations in Iran and Afghanistan.

'When you're in a hole,' Walker said, 'the first rule is to stop digging.'

(I'd like to suggest that Walker who obviously has the ear of little George, tell this same stuff to the Resident pertaining to the ILLEGAL IRAQ WAR)

Martinez said a divided government such as the one now in place, with a White House and Congress controlled by different parties, may be the best atmosphere for achieving a solution to politically thorny issues, including entitlement reform and immigration. (he's so smart all the sudden)

Martinez, himself a Cuban immigrant,(and a grade-C actor) has been one of the Senate leaders on an immigration bill that would allow some illegal immigrants now in the country to obtain citizenship by working, not having a criminal record, paying fines and learning English - an idea bitterly opposed by many in his own party.

Even as he hosted a program featuring a Heritage Foundation speaker, opponents outside the USF Alumni Center meeting room passed out fliers citing the foundation's criticism of his proposal. Some opponents call his plan 'amnesty' for illegal immigrants, which Martinez and other proponents deny. The path to citizenship in his bill, he noted, would take most illegal immigrants 13 years.

Heartless Hillsborough Henchies for the MAN

How DARE this woman not have sheets on the bed with four children between 3 and 8 and two OTHER children running around??? (it's a bit unclear on the other two children) Maybe she was washing them, maybe she only has one set for each bed. Maybe the children wet the bed and she never got a chance to wash/dry and put them back ON before the murderer decided to entangle her day. Maybe all kinds of questions that those big fat authorities should ask before they involve a family in all this nastiness.

How DARE someone keep beer in the refrigerator???? How DARE someone smoke pot??? Geez, sometimes my refrigerator is pretty clean, too. For awhile when a family member stayed there, there were beers on the bottom shelf. OH MY GOD !!!!!! We like FRESH FOOD. We shop almost daily sometimes .... there are always some things in there but sometimes when I clean it out it is pretty damned empty til it's refilled. Did this woman have food in her cabinets?

HOW DARE these same assholes that threatened MY family member go into someone's home investigating a crime which occurred in front of children and take those same children from the only familiar faces they have???

Don't even get me started on foster homes.

For the YMCA to participate in the barbaric concept of removing children from a parental home without threat of imminent danger says everything you need to know about this Christian-based organization. I'm pretty sure there is some Masonic involvment as well. In response to the fact that the YMCA Sarasota was more interested in quantity than quality the YMCA Prez said that was NO big deal, not a bad reporting. hmmmmmmmmmm. Then the children in their care continued on to be abused sexually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Oh, the people I was at the volunteer meeting with? Some of them actually seemed very good but others were out and out loonies. Yeah yeah they were.
They could have left things alone and made an appointment to make sure she put sheets on her bed. I'm pretty sure one of my beds is unmade RIGHT NOW. Fuck, will there be a knock at the door?

I hope someone doesn't commit a murder in front of my house.

One of my family members was threatened by a Tampa Police Officer with the removal of her child. Please understand that this occurred because this officer is a corrupt swine whose felon relative was at the lady's house trying to steal her property a few months before that.

DCF (which is now for a THIRD time a part of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office) is NOT in the business of helping families. Instead. they are used by law enforcement and the erstwhile powers that be to threaten families and intimidate people. FUCKERS!!! They spent millions transferring DCF to the Sheriff's office twice in my memory and this last, third time it 'took'. And this is the result.

This would still make me angry but it makes me ANGRIER since I have had a family member threatened by some corrupt cop in Tampa that he would have her child taken away if she didn't be QUIET. And, that, my friends is the STORY OF DCF under this sheriff and under this DCF, which seems to include Bob Butterworth.
Of course, maybe these people will wise up and find the right attorney and the attorney will say how they were abused and it's not their fault. Like the parents found in ruskin with no a/c on their sweltering children, while the parents sat in air. (attorneys) That was wrong. Children come first. Or like the parents whose house burnt down because their children were hovering over a candle (trailer, also) They came out okay because they claimed they were at work. Maybe and maybe not. One of them should have been home with the kids. Again, someone got them an attorney. Hooked them up, yknow. I can only take so much of this and then I sound off. Here's another family with a murdered child; kids already back in the family home. Geez. Then you have the Bradley McGee case. His stellar Mama got her child back several times just to watch him drowned head-first in a toilet and she's got another child, now. I didn't hear that the above family had stuck their children in the toilet. Seems like the children were in no imminent danger that a trip to McDonald's and a broom would not have solved.

These leo types make me sick these days. Was a time that Tampa had good guys and gals running the show. Not so much, anymore.
The name Peak sounds familiar --- like they have had many people attacking them and it sure sounds like it, too from reading the article. So, they must have been in the news before. Big surprise.

I like the last line. LOL. Get out of Florida. I will. PAY ME. WEREGELD WEREGELD.

As for the commenters who assume the people are white trash due to living in a trailer park??
Forget it, you are beneath discussing life with.

You should NEVER EVER judge a person by their surroundings. I know people in jaguars I wouldn't turn my back on and people in trailers I'd use as executors. Get real. You must be part of the ones cleaning out FL for the mob because that's ALL this is. You people are sick, yknow? Truly. And your time is coming. There ain't no free lunch, baby.
What's going on here is someone is saying that poor people and uncooperative people cannot have children. Let's feed them through the foster system straight into Florida State Prison. Unless they're extremely lucky. They can get adopted by one of the YMCA sponsored homes and beaten and sexually abused. That's right: kids don't have to turn to their own parents for this treatment anymore, THE GOVERNMENT continues to sponsor sexual abuse, beatings and murders. The Sarasota or Bradenton Herald had an expose' not long back which stated that over 80% of the YMCA foster homes were found to be abusing the children they fostered. (looking for the link, no doubt they buried it as YMCA is part of the problem) I'd vouch for this because I've gone through the program. They make you pray. They are Christian FUNDIES. They don't have nor seem to even LIKE children and if you have a dog they frown upon you. (reason I left was this sick attitude)

I have a link to a site that gives advice on what to do if CPS (child protective services) strikes your home but it's way down the page. Here's one.

Here's the Tampa Tribune version: Not even a whiff of DCF mention !

7 Held Captive Before Slaying, Authorities Say

Published: June 1, 2007

TAMPA - Moments before fatally stabbing a man in the chest, Michael Edward Smith showed up at the man's home and waved a knife at a woman and six children, ordering them not to leave, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

Smith, 29, arrived at 11311 Cujoe Lane in Gibsonton about 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, looking for James Peak, the sheriff's office said. Smith thought Peak, 32, had been dating his girlfriend, the sheriff's office said.

Peak was not home at the time, but his sister-in-law was there, babysitting six children, the sheriff's office said. A criminal report affidavit does not identify the sister-in-law.

According to the affidavit, events unfolded as follows:

Smith armed himself with a knife inside the house and refused to let the woman and children leave. Peak arrived a few minutes later, and Smith stabbed him once in the chest. Peak ran outside, and Smith chased him, stabbing him repeatedly, the affidavit states.

Peak died of his injuries. Deputies found Smith hiding on the property of a Moose lodge about a quarter-mile away.

Smith was held without bail at Orient Road Jail on Thursday, charged with felony first-degree murder and felony false imprisonment.

Cindy Sheehan: Twin Towers' Collapse Looked Like Controlled Demolition
Anti-war icon supports move for new investigation into 9/11

Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet
Thursday, May 31, 2007

Anti-war icon Cindy Sheehan has gone public on her support for the 9/11 truth movement after she told a radio show that the collapse of the twin towers looked like a controlled demolition and that there should be a new investigation into the terrorist attacks.

Sheehan, who made headlines this week after she distanced herself from the Democratic party and the establishment left, joined Alex Jones to share her views on her skepticism towards the official 9/11 story.

Sheehan said her decision to desert the Democrats was sparked last week when the Iraq war funding bill was passed and it was at this point she realized the Democrats had co-opted her simply to help them regain Congress and that they had no interest in ending the war.

Sheehan attacked Hillary Clinton as a "warhawk and a "warmonger" and said there was very little distinction between her and John McCain or Rudy Giuliani.

On 9/11, Sheehan expressed her support for the Jersey Girls' petition, which calls for a new independent investigation of the terrorist attacks, slamming the 9/11 Commission Report as a "total travesty and a smokescreen."

"George Bush and Dick Cheney held hands and testified behind closed doors, not under oath," said Sheehan, adding, "There are many things that just don't add up on that day."

Which brings us to this: There are alot of things about JFK assassination and Sept. 11, 2001 that just don't add up and a lot of the same key players involved. OH when they say that they had "NO THOUGHT" that planes would ever be used in attacks on buildings???? Check this out!

They called off the military on Sept. 11, 2001 just like they called off JFK's bodyguards on Nov. 23, 1963. When you can see it in black and white you just can't call it conspiracy. Watch this CIA agent object vigorously to being called away from his duty to guard (with his life) the President of the United States of America. That's what he was there to do that day; understandably, when called away, he is visibly frustrated. Once he was called away from running beside the President's car, almost immediately afterwards the shots were fired. One is believed to have come from the CIA agent that was chauffeuring President Kennedy. Funny how the Bushes were involved in both of these scenarios, isn't it? Yeah, NOT so funny.

Here you go --- watch them call back the bodyguard whose presence would have prevented the murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Happy Birthday, Mr. President. It's the least I could do for your birthday. Be called a conspiracy freak again. sticks and stones, baby.
Oh YEAH, why is it that George Bush is given COUNTLESS bodyguards armed with submachine guns when JFK couldn't manage to keep two by his side?? Big hmmmmmmmmmm.

The only leader of the free world who has ever found it necessary to cart this much protection around. On your dime.

On November 23, 1963 with George H.W. Bush standing close by, the Secret Service and the CIA were not performing security any better than a boyscout troop would have.

Sheehan questioned why U.S. air defenses were distracted by drills and exercises scheduled for the morning of 9/11 and why standard operating procedure for intercepting errant aircraft was not followed for the first and only time in history.

"When you lose control of an airplane, you intercept it with a military jet and that should only take seconds - from what I understand it's not even an order to do that it's mandatory," said Sheehan.

Speaking on the collapse of the twin towers, Sheehan stated, "It does look to me like a controlled demolition - I'm not an expert - but it does look to me like a controlled demolition - I'm looking at common sense."

"I do see some very high profile people saying it was an inside job," concluded Sheehan.

Blanks and Charges

Okay, tell me if this sounds mercenary. I'm leaving out names and identities for now, and even some words to protect those who frankly don't deserve protection but having never been a RAT (like some) I just don't feel good about spilling people's filthy sides of their lives onto the WWW...

However -- (you knew this was coming, right??) -- I'm willing to disclose same for a fee. In fact, I'm going to disclose some of this in a book which will definitely be for sale very soon but if you'd like to know if your name or some similar aspect that identifies your smarmy and illegal acts towards me and my family have been mentioned I'd be happy to negotiate a fee with you. For the record, save your pennies if I've known you longer than thirty years. Out of respect for you and your family I'll leave your names out. Out of respect for you and your family I have remained silent. Apparently this same respect was not inbred in you. That's a pity but you and yours are safe with me. The ones who took it upon themselves to do your bidding against an innocent family are wide open just like they've left MY family wide open. Herewith I refer to my extended family and network many of whom are currently suffering at your hands. Be on notice.

About Me

ANYWHERE, ANYWHERE LOL, United States
I was born a citizen of the world and have remained such but along with that: I'm a long time Tampa resident. Mixed bag at that as I've seen life here from nearly all angles and while somewhere in there I became slightly indoctrinated, I'm not too proud of the way people have taken over this city and run it with an iron fist for all but some. This city is working hard on creating just two classes. Thems and them dont's and they are working hard to shove some families down into the gutter for reasons known only to them. Some might be as petty as jealousy, some might be politically motivated, some might just be stupid and all are wrong. I want to believe we can get better but that would entail some stuff that I have no control over. I only can control myself and my reactions to what occurs.

My apologies

Addendum: Please check back to older posts as I am constantly updating them as I have more time to delve into the interesting subjects. I thought that comments were automatically enabled. I apologize for the inability to comment. I was able to comment but that's because I'm the author (duh) Now, everyone can comment. It's a free for all. Hey, as well, if you'd like to publish to this blog it'd be cool if you were like-minded but if you're not that's okay too -- just email me and I'll add your email to the list of publishers to this blog.
