OH HELL YEAH LEAHY !!!!

Editors Note: Senator Patrick Leahy, the Democratic Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, suggested Thursday that Bush administration officials are lying about White House e-mails sent via email accounts maintained by the Republican National Committee that may have been lost. During an impassioned speech on the Senate floor, Leahy said he does not believe that the White House did not preserve the emails in question, rather, the White House is hiding the emails from Congressional investigators. Leahy said additional subpoenas may be forthcoming. TO/jl

I took this from TruthOut. If you go here, there is a video of Leahy. Excellent.

Leahy says a teenager in his hood can go get the emails for Bush. Yeah, that'll happen. Bush will throw the doors wide open .... LOL !!!

Leahy Doubts Bush Aides on Lost E-Mails
By Laurie Kellman
The Associated Press
Thursday 12 April 2007

President Bush's aides are lying about White House e-mails sent on a Republican account that might have been lost, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy suggested Thursday, vowing to subpoena those documents if the administration fails to cough them up.

"They say they have not been preserved. I don't believe that!" Leahy shouted from the Senate floor.

"You can't erase e-mails, not today. They've gone through too many servers," said Leahy, D-Vt. "Those e-mails are there, they just don't want to produce them. We'll subpoena them if necessary."

White House spokesman Scott Stanzel said there is no effort to purposely keep the e-mails under wraps, and that the counsel's office is doing everything it can to recover any that were lost.

"The purpose of our review is to make every reasonable effort to recover potentially lost e-mails, and that is why we've been in contact with forensic experts," he said.

Leahy scoffed.

"I've got a teenage kid in my neighborhood that can go get 'em for them," he told reporters later.

Senate Democrats continued to toughen their stance against the White House over the firings of eight prosecutors over the winter.

After his speech, Leahy's committee approved - but did not issue - new subpoenas to compel the administration to produce documents and testimony about the firings.

Democrats say the firings might have been improper, but that probe yielded a weightier question: Whether White House officials such as political adviser Karl Rove are intentionally conducting sensitive official presidential business via non-governmental accounts to evade a law requiring preservation - and eventual disclosure - of presidential records.

The White House issued an emphatic "No" to those questions during a conference call with reporters Wednesday, saying the Republican National Committee accounts were used to comply with the Hatch Act, which bars political work using official resources or on government time.

But White House spokesman Scott Stanzel acknowledged that 22 White House aides have e-mail accounts sponsored by the RNC and that e-mails they sent may have been lost.

Stanzel said the White House was trying to recover the e-mails and could not rule out that some may have involved the firings. The administration also is drafting new guidelines for aides on how to comply with the law.

Leahy was not buying that.

"E-mails don't get lost," Leahy insisted. "These are just e-mails they don't want to bring forward."

The revelation about the e-mails escalates a standoff between the Democrat-controlled Congress and the White House over the prosecutor firings. The subpoenas come a few days before Attorney General Alberto Gonzales is to appear before Leahy's committee to fight for his job Tuesday.

Leahy's panel approved new subpoenas that would require the Bush administration to surrender hundreds of new documents and force two officials - Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General William Moschella and White House political aide Scott Jennings - to reveal their roles in the firings. The panel delayed for a week a vote on whether to authorize a subpoena for Rove's deputy, Sara Taylor.

Leahy has not issued any subpoenas, but permission by his committee Thursday would give him authority to require testimony from all eight of the fired U.S. attorneys and several White House and Justice Department officials named in e-mails made public as having had roles in the firings. The White House has refused to make officials such as Rove available to testify under oath.

Pam?????

Are you just cleaning house of all the 'people' (city of Tampa employees) who might be included in a federal lawsuit for Fucking with the people of Tampa in an illegal manner ?????

If so, just have em come by again, again, again, again .... scuse me i got stuck --- we'll serve up both at the same time. HEHE. It'll be cost-effective. We can always run up to the track together and have dinner. Maybe no one will try to poison me if I'm with a bunch of thugs.

All this belt-tightening after such a long period of prosperity and unlimited code enforcement and selective prosecution and policing and sheriffing. Now, with fewer 'police' the gangsters/officials can just take out the few remaining decent folks in Tampa.

THEN when on the off chance the FDLE actually FINDS the misreporting in the Tampa Police Dept stats ... the shitty of Tampa official-ites can shrug collectively and say .. . 'budget cuts' and the murder rate can shoot back up. NOT THE RAPES.

Odd, what?

Pam, like Jeb wanting to leave a good budget surplus which has somehow mysteriously DISAPPEARED.

Yes, the fireboys are very mad ... too fucking bad. Do your job instead of following me around. And springing up everywhere I am while leaving a trail of bodies to gasp for air behind your unworking asses. One of yall need to shoot off and take a stats class and figure out where you're fucked.

***************************************************************************

A hint: Someone better start clearing out the County employees. I'm kinda thinking that we're almost gonna have to START OVER. And, there's no one left.

Again and as usual: I'm sorry for the DECENT county and city employees because I know there ARE some. You know who you are. Speak up. Don't lie down for this scum.

****************************************************************************

Oh and there's this .... from Pam I urge every department/division head in this organization to scrutinize your budgets for all ways
to save monies. Look at different ways to do business, eliminate activities that are not absolutely essential to our mission and make the cuts lasting. Any savings made in fiscal year 2007 will help the fiscal year 2008 impacts.

From Tommy Sticks of Fire Wait - is the city currently spending monies on non-essential services? Also, note the hiring freeze in effect immediately. Of course, Mayor Pam hired her new Transit Manager (at $95K/year) just yesterday! What a lucky coincidence.

Read Mayor Pam’s entire memo on TampaGold.com

WHAT THE HELL IS "OUR MISSION"

So, that makes TWO QUESTIONS for Pam IORIO.

What is our mission??

Are you just getting rid of the people who will be involved in a RICO lawsuit against the City?

Oh crap, make that THREE: Will this hiring freeze magically LIFT when more people from NY and CHICAGO need jobs here? Nothing against you folks, just a lil trend I'm a noticin'. No jobs for Tampa people but jobs aplenty for some. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Tampa Trib making it up as they go along (AGAIN)

WHAT IS ASPERGER'S?
Published: Apr 10, 2007

Good people of Tampa --- DO NOT BELIEVE JACKSHIT from the Tampa Tribune or any affiliates. Pick and choose and do your homework. Please read on:
As you know, I have mentioned that the TT is guilty of planting articles of bullshit, making vague threats towards citizens in it's articles and editorials, directing commentary towards those the city victimizes and just the plain old usual lies. Lies. More lies. (this one kept bothering me but I had to do alot of reading to be sure I was right so .... )

WHAT IS ASPERGER'S? Here's the article as well when it disappears from the Tampa Tribune (lies) Printed Daily. This disability of the brain comes under the umbrella of autism. People with Asperger's syndrome have an unusual collection of gifts, sensitivities and deficits that may seem odd to the world at large but don't prevent them from building families, careers and independent lives.

Aspies or Asparagus, as they sometimes like to be called, often have average or above average intelligence, a Monty Python-esque sense of humor and an encyclopedic knowledge of obscure topics.

Common traits

•Lucid speech before age 4. Grammar and vocabulary are usually excellent, but speech is sometimes stilted.

•Obsessive behavior

•Movements tend to be awkward

•Extreme sensitivity or desensitivity to sounds, smells, textures

Okay, this is a symptom that stems (VERY TEMPORARILY) from the extreme poison sprayed on my car's engine, in my yard and in my home at times. It causes your hearing to go numb. Fixable with an application of petroleum. Don't ask me. The rest of it ... is just plain MADE UP bullshit. I knew it but just to be sure I checked the site they claim to have used. (BELOW) which by the way is probably THE WORST possible site anyone could have chosen. Basically a cut and paste collection of information. Anyone in any apt in san reno could have put up any of this stuff. I didn't stop there but visited TEN OTHER sites and searched for this symptom. NOPE.
Good people of Tampa --- DO NOT BELIEVE JACKSHIT from the Tampa Tribune or any affiliates. Pick and choose and do your homework. As well, it would be ONE or THE OTHER. Oh my god. The Tribune thinks we are idiots.
Again, this is an attempt to mask what is going on in homes in Tampa during this invisible invasion. I suspect that they are using fire-retardant or some type of pesticide. Maybe a nerve gas. Anyway, this is not a symptom of Asperger's but it does fall in with the time that I and others got so sick we went to the hospital and were advised by the EMT thugs to go to Tampa General Hospital .... they were just looking to diagnose ME with something/anything/make it up and medicate them type of deal. I catch other things in the paper that are meant for me but I basically don't have time for all that crap. I look at what I want to. By the way, there is a set of South Tampa folks who know all about what goes on in the yards and homes of some. They don't seem to mind you knowing, either. Hmmmmm. And, more than one of them is in a school teaching YOUR child. That's right. Oh, it's a truthful day. FUCK YOU.

The rest of these symptoms receive mention at most sites.

•Inability to read social cues or fit in with peers; sometimes trusting and naive, fail to understand sarcasm, and become victims of bullying and teasing

•In adulthood, many live independently, working and raising families. Many use their obsessions as college professors, computer programmers and engineers.

Celebrity cases

Notable people said to have or have had Asperger's:

•Comedian Dan Aykroyd

•Physicist Albert Einstein

•Mathematician Isaac Newton

•Composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

•Microsoft founder Bill Gates

Who gives a shit?

Source: Center for the Study of Autism
THIS above is the source the Trib used. Definitely the symptom I am referring to did NOT come from that source. It's huge but I looked in the places it should be. Now, perhaps someone will go re-edit the site but it's not there as of 3:00 today. I CALL BULLSHIT. You don't even bother trying.

Here are less than one/third of the sites I visited to determine if the Tampa Tribune was making it up as they went along again. Fuck, I want to be a reporter. Coast around the Internet making shit up. Getting paid. WHERE do I sign up? Oh, sell my soul?? No thanks.

This is a 'disease' I am EXTREMELY suspicious about, as well. Especially this new 'surge' ... of interest in it. Moms gunning for autism schools here locally. Wait, Tampa suddenly has a need for two HUGE autism schools? Sorry, this is really another subject. Watch out. Invisible Invasion.
I just want to reiterate the impact of this: Some group of thugs is attempting to poison not just myself but many others in this town. The Tampa Tribune is MIS publishing information in an attempt to cover up the symptoms.

Funny how I don't have Asperger's all the time. Funny how it's a psychological/developmental NOT a physical disorder. LOL !!!!

Not so funny that they heard me joking (yes, of course my house and phones are tapped, as well as his (verizon, brighthouse)... I've checked, yes I have) with my boyfriend about checking to see if he is Asperger-like because he's a bit antisocial and VERY VERY VERY bright. Funny thing is that he had ALSO checked before me. I like his anti-social ways --- this gives us a LOT of time together.

Tampa Tribune you SUCK!!!!!!!!!

This article had no byline but I believe it coincided with the one the same day:

A self-described religious skeptic and freethinking humanist, Vonnegut used protagonists such as Billy Pilgrim and Eliot Rosewater as transparent vehicles for his points of view.

He lectured regularly, exhorting audiences to think for themselves and delighting in barbed commentary against the institutions he felt were dehumanizing people.

The bright side is that many who have left us, left something through which we can know them. I encourage everyone to read some of Kurt Vonnegut's works. I was lucky to have a teacher who turned me on to his writing when I was very young. We need more people like Kurt Vonnegut.

Blanks and Charges

Okay, tell me if this sounds mercenary. I'm leaving out names and identities for now, and even some words to protect those who frankly don't deserve protection but having never been a RAT (like some) I just don't feel good about spilling people's filthy sides of their lives onto the WWW...

However -- (you knew this was coming, right??) -- I'm willing to disclose same for a fee. In fact, I'm going to disclose some of this in a book which will definitely be for sale very soon but if you'd like to know if your name or some similar aspect that identifies your smarmy and illegal acts towards me and my family have been mentioned I'd be happy to negotiate a fee with you. For the record, save your pennies if I've known you longer than thirty years. Out of respect for you and your family I'll leave your names out. Out of respect for you and your family I have remained silent. Apparently this same respect was not inbred in you. That's a pity but you and yours are safe with me. The ones who took it upon themselves to do your bidding against an innocent family are wide open just like they've left MY family wide open. Herewith I refer to my extended family and network many of whom are currently suffering at your hands. Be on notice.

About Me

ANYWHERE, ANYWHERE LOL, United States
I was born a citizen of the world and have remained such but along with that: I'm a long time Tampa resident. Mixed bag at that as I've seen life here from nearly all angles and while somewhere in there I became slightly indoctrinated, I'm not too proud of the way people have taken over this city and run it with an iron fist for all but some. This city is working hard on creating just two classes. Thems and them dont's and they are working hard to shove some families down into the gutter for reasons known only to them. Some might be as petty as jealousy, some might be politically motivated, some might just be stupid and all are wrong. I want to believe we can get better but that would entail some stuff that I have no control over. I only can control myself and my reactions to what occurs.
