WITH NO GRASS. Now, if you can do math (a lof of local people canNOT as they were Hillsborough County schooled) you can at least figure out that .... this is less than an average 50 by 105 lot.... (still mowing) LOL ...

basically the idiot likes to ride in circles. One surmises that this is what he did a lot of while he was employed with TAMPA FIRE RESCUE (as he was when he was arrested for MURDER) contrary to the updated version of the sheriff's website. (Did I mention the sheriff changed that for old scotty? Or was it for the old firemen because as they seek national accreditation they had to shed bill nesmith (pointed gun at wife then sued sheriff jim coats because jim coats arrested him IN FRONT OF PEOPLE) SHERIFF !!! you don't arrest the goldang firemen. this is how long it SHOULD take:

I don't use a formula, but as a GENERAL rule, on an average lawn in my area in the the 0.25 to 1 acre size range, it usually takes me no longer than 1/2 hour per quarter acre to mow, edge, trim and blow. But it's usually more like 20 minutes per 1/4 acre


And this quarter acre has many areas which can't be traversed.

I'm pretty sure that the john deere is one of those stolen from the county.
