(photo in place tomorrow) I can't put my drives for access online or a county or brighthouse employee will swoop in and STEAL them. Little do they know I have evidence of this. Buh bye county job. (yeah, I know and then it's HELLO NEW county job. LOL)
But, back to certified funds:

When I arrived at your tax office at the Floriland Mall today to pay my taxes .... (which of course, the City of Tampa so rudely informed me were due, that was a 3000.00 day by the way !!) Yep, anything on the fence constitutes five hundred dollars. Any garbage-tipping? Yep. That's a grand you owe for tipping that garbage container over, eh?
That's some expensive fun yall having. As I am aware, you have very deep pocketses. You've had your hand in mines for years ... the tables have turned. HUGS !!
Anyway, back to DOUG BELDEN. And the official checks that apparently everyone in the known financial world, every officer at my bank and former bank, 3 government employees (excepting those in Hillsborough County) random people on the side of the road (just kidding about that one) ... well, you get the picture .. everyone in the known financial universe knows an official check when they see one.
To add even more to this : before I ever requested said official check to pay SAID property taxes I spent some time on the phone with a bank service rep. and was assured that their clients used these checks for all kinds of real-estate purchases requiring official funds and for paying their property taxes. Specifically I inquired about paying my property taxes. SPECIFICALLY.
But, see? I was asking the wrong person.
It's all up to Dougie Belden"drexel the accountant" at 635 5200 exactly WHAT constitutes an official check. Apparently, this is the accountant among accountants. The be all and end all .... the final word on what CONSTITUTES AN OFFICIAL CHECK here in the backwater podunk of Tampa FL.
ALL THESE OTHER fine folks and an officer of the bank were absolutely STUNNED that Hillsborough County FLORIDA does not accept their "BANK OFFICIAL CHECK" ..... two of these ladies had been in the customer service dept for 23 years and 30 years respectively and had NEVER --- that's NEVER --- heard of an instance of someone not accepting their OFFICIAL BANK CHECK for any type of payment.
When I went to the Post Office and showed it to the clerk (they work with documents all day long dontcha know???) she was also stunned and expressed disbelief.
And, Tampa --- even though I KNOW you are TRYING to steal my property --- this is the very reason why you are a one-cow stop in the road. You make yourselves appear ignorant and backwoods, besides all the stalking and the murdering and the thieving -- it's the fucking ignorance.
I almost laughed but instead threw some theatrics and enjoyed myself. I kinda expected this from these thieves. Property thieves: OF COURSE they would work at the tax office. HELLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Anyway, so I took the bank OFFICIAL CHECK in without even opening the envelope so not only was it obviously MAILED through the US POSTAL SERVICE from a fucking bank it was an official check from a fucking bank.
Anyway, it would be very cool if Doug Belden could get his folks updated on just what is an official check and what is a cashier's check.. Because they appear to be -- and very likely are morons and/or thieves. Maybe they are just confused. I know they are confused in Hillsborough and Pasco and Pinellas County. So many of them thinking my home belongs to them and how confusing it is for them when I remind them that is not the case. Seein's they committed so many crimes (including murder) to make it THEIR OWN --- by their way of thinking --- they have earned it.

Even if the person were to do something sneaky and sell the property or whatever they pretend they are afraid of ... by accepting a PERSONAL CHECK (so that they can make it harder for you to keep your property) the county has recourse against the taxpayer or the purchaser.
