Judge Pomponio and Stephen Baxley
You might remember Stephen Michael Baxley as being the buddy of the Tampa Fireman's nephew who pointed a gun at a pizzaman after choking his 'girlfriend' and some other unsavory stuff.
He's a very distinctive lookin thang who then moved adjacent to my family member which we considered direct intimidation. Considering they had never seen him before, he points a gun at soeone and then becomes a neighbor/SWINE WHO LIVE NEARBY. (all this in keeping with the times 'of michael keller and jose tome'.
TAMPA, FL - PJ's driver beaten robbed vacant house
A pizza delivery driver was beaten and robbed at gunpoint after he was lured to a vacant house just after midnight today, police said.
About 12:30 a.m., police said, Stephen Michael Baxley, 21, 8507 Mitchell Ave. N, called Papa John's Pizza and ordered a delivery to 8505 N Lamar St., a vacant house.
When the driver, 22-year-old Nick Grande, walked up the driveway with the pizza, two people jumped out of the hedges and pointed a gun at him, demanding money, police said. They also hit him, kicked him and forced him to the ground, police said.
Grande's wallet was taken but dropped when a neighbor looked out the window, police said. Both robbers fled with money.
Officers and police dogs surrounded the area. Witnesses directed police to Baxley at a nearby address, and a warrant is now issued for the second man. His name will not be released until he's arrested, said police spokeswoman Janelle McGregor.
Baxley was charged with armed robbery and taken to the Hillsborough County Jail, where he remains without bail.
Grande had minor injuries and declined medical attention.
Baxley has been arrested before in Hillsborough County — in May he was charged with domestic battery by strangulation, and in October 2006 he was arrested on four drug-related charges.
THAT GUY. *coming link to arrest
Now, Pomponio has the case. You know, the same one with the case of Humberto Delgado HITMAN MURDERER of Officer Mike Roberts, TPD.
The rub is that Stephen Michael Baxley is part of the gang that was involved in the hit and runs which Officer Mike Roberts was going to be investigating. HE doesn't even have a car but nonetheless he travels with ALL OF THEM.
She's already thrown out the gun charges and I'm not seeing a co-defendant which means that one of them has gotten away with it entirely (there has NEVER been a co-defendant) and one of them will get probation.
That's AFTER He has wandered around for almost an ENTIRE YEAR by the time he gets sentenced.
Someone holds you up with a gun.
That's suppposed to be part of the 10-20-LIFE but Mr. Baxley must be one of those special circumstances. His 24 hour lifestyle sure suggests it.
Attorneys and yknow the poopy old Florida Statutes say you qualify for up to fifteen years for the second degree felony robbery NOW sans firearm.
I've got money on him getting probation like his buddy, the murdering Tampa FIreman's nephew.
