Denise Pomponio should be sanctione, sued DEFROCKED

Remember Stephen Michael Baxley, the guy who lured a pizza man within 100 FEET of the Tampa Fire DEPT. and WITHIN NOT MANY INCHES of a Tampa Fire Rescue Paramedic's home?? And robbed him at gunpoint???

Well, finally finally WAY MORE THAN A YEAR LATER ... after she disappeared the gun and put off sentencing four or five times, Pomponio sentenced this little piece of SHIT to probation. Of course, he's some kind of club member with Mark Ober so that explains ALL THAT AWAY.
Beware PIZZA DELIVERY PEOPLE ::: Your life is just NOT THAT FUCKING IMPORTANT in Tampa .....

Maybe (unknown just conjecture) it's because Stephen Michael Baxley's father is involved in development.

Stephen also strangled his errr girlfriend (also in the club) and THAT went away. Quick, too. While Pomponio arrests people out of her fifedom who have done everything but paid a DISPUTED FINE ..... she gives this little hunk of ROBBING CRAP probation.

Since robbery with a gun is a FIRST DEGREE felony (life) and Robbery with a POMPONIO DISAPPEARED GUN is a SECOND DEGREE FELONY (fifteen years in FSP) you'd think steve would have gotten a year or two AT LEAST.

But, no ... this little money maker runs a fucking crackhouse with some other scumbag. They were out celebrating his defeat of prison with loud fireworks last night.
