Tampa Firemen and the YMCA MILLIONS take it away

Honestly, this one surprised me. LOL !!! NOT REALLY. The Tampa Firemen seem to have taken offense at my remarks on Brendan McLaughlin's new blog : Flashpoint. Here's the article.
This post of Brendan's highlights his enjoyment of a good schvitz at the YMCA. I think Brendan is a stitch. A cultured gentleman who is fairly low-key but has a scintillating touch of humor and says the exact thing that everyone wishes they had said. I enjoy him. I've met him a few times and each time was impressed. I hope he's a good Democrat or at least a very good American. LOL. He seems to be.

At any rate, in between that comment and some comments of mine that did not make it over at the St Pete Times stories by Marie Ave some of these words have caused some of the usual things to happen.

EXCERPT: Kane Plaza houses the Sarasota YMCA headquarters. DCF pays 60 percent of its lease; the YMCA is part owner of the building.
************** HMMMMMMMMMMMM. Where does DCF get all that money?? Go see the building !! At some point can some of this fricking money actually BE SPENT on the children? Or do the firefighters, cops, dcf hogs and the ymca mucks all have to continue to have a hand out first??? SICKENING !!!

Her previous story(Saturday) involved the sexual abuse of children and the mediocre and downright dangerous care (not) received by others who are placed in foster-care homes approved by the YMCA. Neither one of my comments were posted there, either. Both pointed out that the Tampa YMCA AND the old northeast YMCA had the same guilt.
I was pleased to see this atrocity/crime covered considering I blogged it about two months ago or longer. It needs to be covered and I commend Ms. Ave. The boyfriend told me to expect a lot of people picking up good ideas for story lines and that's so JAKE with me. I just wonder how they miss it while I'm seeing it. Get out in the real world, yall, okay?? Once again, I DO NOT comment the little gatekeeper of comments at the St Pete Times. Three of my comments in two days did not get posted. That's just wrong.

Back to the Firefighter sponsored events of the past few days (not your standard firehouse sub or bar b q)

These are things that most people would think of as VERY STRANGE but if you're me they've just begun to blend in. I mean, who else do you know whose life is so interesting that they must videotape it to preserve it for future action? Seriously. It's a stitch. I'm not sure why the Firemen are so upset that I said that the Sarasota YMCA needs to be investigated for placing children in homes where EIGHTY PERCENT of the homes are found to have an abusive or sexually strange person watching over the child. EIGHTY PERCENT. This was widely available information and I blogged it over two months ago.
(ASIDE)To me, the shady land deals are old news. If you spend ANY time in Old Northeast you KNOW that some of the most luxurious condos there were reclaimed from the ...... YMCA of Northeast St Pete. What a scam. I'm sure all that money went towards helping build stronger families. It sure doesn't go towards checking out their personnel. (too many teachers working there and NOT good teachers, some real smartasses)
I pick up a great deal of information talking to kids. They tell me what the counsellors and others do to them and then Y employees or admin. will try to say the kids are liars. One parent got so angry he punched out the front desk. Ya gotta love it. He's cool. (END OF ASIDE)

ANYWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEN I felt the light come on. MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
Millions of dollars is at stake when the YMCA gets that grant ripped away from them as it should. It's the same in Tampa. The whole deal is faith-based. I sat through their stinky program where normal people with dogs got up and left because after the woman insisted on opening with a prayer and all of the strange and pious heads bowed to comply (or ELSE) she repeatedly stated that dogs and kids don't mix.

You read that right. Dogs and kids don't mix. I stayed as long as I could --- offered up a swift prayer for the kids who would never know a dog, the people who apparently agreed and the world that we can end this crime against children. It was SICK. You want to believe you can help someone or offer love. The gateway is a woman who wants you to send your pets to the shelter and agree that kids and dogs don't mix. Yep. You're still reading that right.

Okay.

Some of the comments that DID MAKE the St Pete Times are clearly disparaging towards the YMCA (more masons????) I did look up the founder of the YMCA to see if I could find whether he was a Mason or not. It does not appear so but I only did cursory looking. I guess it's just another place that was taken over by miscreants and other masonic types and children and families suffer. That's sick.

About the Tampa YMCA I know for a fact that they try to limit the membership to only those they want there. If they don't want you there they have various ways of making sure you know it. I've been a member for some time and I've long noticed what they do. What are they trying to hide? Why would they work so hard to ostracize some?

BUT, more importantly --- WHAT is the Tampa firefighter's stake in these millions???????

On July 28th about 11 am or so this real thug looking guy with murder in his eyes and a brand spanking new YMCA shirt worked his way into my vision for about two hours. I taped him and took his car # and such because he kept giving me the evil eye. Along with him was this freaky broad in a FIREMAN's hat (tampa logo you know) .. so I kinda laughed to myself because I thought they were done being able to drive their big trucks at and past me so much. Usually when I go to that particular location they drive by so much that they owe the city of Tampa NEW pavement. So, now it's people with hats. Would I sound crazy or WHAT? Nope. It's a continuing source of harassment and intimidation. As well, I have my comments that precede this activity. LOL !!!

THEN --- I go over to St Pete and before the below post (more fun LOL) I am reading this St Pete Times article and I make two comments. One was that they should look in to the Tampa YMCA and one was that the Sarasota YMCA had problems with placing children REPEATEDLY with sexually aggressive adults.
I'm especially enraged because it's FUCKING MILLIONS of DOLLARS. MILLIONS. Here's some mason, fatuous asshole sucking it up at 254,000 a year while there are homeless children and his staff is sticking others in homes with sexual offenders and criminals. Good LORD. Now, they'll just fire him and the next bowling pin will take his place.

And, I guess that's why the Tampa Firemen are so upset with me. Must be part of their profit TOO. Dang it.

There's more:

Today I go to the Seminole campus of SPC and on the way back there are BLAZING sirens. Sounded like a true emergency. LOL. Nah. Just the Seminole fire station # 29 representing. Apparently they can drive their big ol trucks wherever they want, still while the Tampa boys are in a bit of trouble, there. THREE of them wandered back down the road in front of me (of course, I'm the emergency girl) .... NOW, if a fire or emergency is BIG ENOUGH to require three trucks and racing down the road like madmen, how is that in less than fifteen minutes they have it all under control and are headed back ??? Right when I'm in view?? LOL !!!

But, it gets better:

Today, on Himes I go to Publix and as I'm driving back down Himes comes a death box. Now, amazingly enough I have just passed this death box which belongs clear down Dale Mabry, MILES from there, in the direction I had come from. I keep track of them (because they keep track of ME, it's only fair) and so I see the guys pull the death-box INTO the YMCA. LOL !!!!!!!!! The whole picture starts to come together. OH, the Tampa Firemen PROFIT from and PROTECT THE PROFITS of the YMCA and I better SHUT UP, huh?

WAIT, it still gets better !!!
I went back to the Y to see what kind of emergency they had faked up ... nah they didn't even BOTHER doing THAT. They pulled in to the parking lot there and went to cleaning the death-box. Tshirts all untucked and all. Now, they'd just come from ONE firestation miles away (with me) and were ONE BLOCK from another --- ooooops time to clean the death box. LOL!!!

Wait it's still gonna get better. I went back down Himes and YES, because I am mean now (and I'll get to that in a mo'.) I turned back around on one of the side streets to see if they had quickly recovered from their need to go to the YMCA with me.
OH MY GOD I ruined it for them and videotaped some of the funniest schiznit. These guys had started to RACE BACK down Himes, siren blaring !!! Their big big big fat dumbass plan was to follow me all the way down Himes with the siren shrieking. LOL. Soon as they figured out I wasn't there, off it went. All on video.
If you go to the fire dept calls it will say grid-only. I can guarantee that. I'll go look and correct this if I'm wrong.

Jeusussusususus Christ. What the hell??? Is there NOTHING that these guys and the masons haven't slithered INTO and are robbing blind?? No child is safe. No stone is unturned.

Sometimes on Saturday nights in northeast you see cool people. Some of the cool people are out protesting this illegal war, working on impeaching the monster in the whitehouse and basically exercising their constitutional rights.

Personally, I NEVER EVER patronize BayWalk. There is only one reason to go there. To pass by the cool people. Any thinking person does NOT patronize BayWalk. It's built on skulls and bones.

I happened to be around Saturday night walking around and hanging with some friends and talking to the demonstrators, some of whom I am familiar with after the years. It started to pour down raining and naturally everyone ran to the meager shelter provided by Black and White. The Nazi sheriff who is there took MORE THAN GREAT pleasure in rousting them right back out of there. I'm not part of the group and had no sign just a camera, a mind and a recorder .... oh and a notebook so he couldn't say anything to me. I thought it was extremely base of him. And I videotaped him. He said, "If you have a sign, you must get out in the rain."

Word.

What was really cool was when he forced them back out in to the rain: it stopped. A downpour

ENDED that QUICK. It was awesome. If it would have been daytime there would have been a rainbow. It was a feel-good moment to be sure.

BUT still mr. officer sir, was NOT THE MOST BASE THING that I witnessed happening while good citizens of American were performing their duty. Sorry officer, I know you tried but there were two things/people MORE disgusting than you.

Here's a runner up: (the consolation prize of life got this guy for sure) This guy was so obviously a PAID protester. I did not talk to him but got it from a good source that he was an 'iraq vet'. But they won't take him back over there. A. .... oh, never mind, you'll see the photo. B. They're taking ANYONE --- injured, brain-damaged, young and old alike. Guys and gals are there on their FOURTH FIFTH AND SIXTH tours. So, conclusion: he's a liar. He also stayed on his cell-phone quite a bit, almost ALL the time; which I have never seen any other demonstraters doing. He was alone. All these observations are extremely odd.

My guess? Sembler paid him to head out there to counter protest just like the pretend-republicans pay counter protesters and the paid ones who went to Tally to protest property taxes so charlie could come out and play make-nice with them.

I wonder what Charlie will do when I take my group to tally and we protest the fucked up firemen scum and the police abuse of power and stand out there?? It was faked up horseshit is what it was. And now look .... still NOTHING. No civil rights. No voting. No lowered insurance ... oh wait, I'm getting off the subject. Here's the paid freak. He was a real winner. You had to be there; please don't think I'm being judgmental. (also his signs were pretty .... errrr professional to look the part, I guess) LOL !!

So that's the runner up. Ain't it great?? Used to be you had to go to a bowling alley ............. oh, never mind ....

BUT, here's the winner. On down the sidewalk came this perfectly handsome guy with silver hair and my favorite color of shirt on and looked prematurely gray --- just handsome. I wasn't really paying attention, just ogling because I was listening to someone and this guy starts to come over to the people I am talking to. I generally get good reception from people so I was kinda weirded out to hear him say to the guy next to me and then to me and the next person .... "you're disgusting." "and, you're disgusting" and then, "you're disgusting".

Wow. It's like when a beautiful woman opens her mouth and shit falls out. Same. So I video'd him a bit and took his photo but from pretty far away.

Kinda broke my heart to see his pretty children and his silenced wife trotting along (naturally) behind him.(naturally) I don't even think they heard what he said. What I DO think: Those kids don't even have a chance. He's buying them pretty sparkly clothes, has no idea what it's like to be an American and their hearts have no chance with a whiny, mealy-mouthed, sneaky dad-poser like that. Buddy, if you're gonna say it -- SPEAK UP I ALMOST DIDN"T HEAR YOU.

No sir, YOU are disgusting. I can see why your family would choose to keep some distance. Who knows what you'll say next???

And, here's the folks he was talking to and about. Isn't this a pretty girl? Then me. Then the guy on the other side of the sign. I was talking to him at the time. Having a pretty funny conversation. He's quite intellectual.

Interesting to me the juxtaposition of FREEmasonry and Prison. I've blogged before about how they are involved in corrections and how people can't GET justice. Can't even BUY it sometimes.

The REAL benches of St Pete

Now, yknow I CAN'T be sure but I betcha ANY money that Pammy has a spot in downtown Tampa where she has all the REAL benches stashed until she gets rid of those pesky homeless. Of course, if she hadn't caused homelessness to increase by 26% she wouldn't have to look at their carcasses sprawled here, there and everywhere til she gets them stashed up to my place in the woods.

At any rate, on a stroll through st pete the other evening (and it was BEEEYOOOTIFUL) I discovered an open door.

Guess what was there??

All the REAL BENCHES. Where people can sit, lie down, prop up and read a book, be fluffy, be homeless, whatever.................................... shoot maybe you could even SIT NEXT to your boyfriend and hold his hand !!

Homeless !!! please please go away so Pam Iorio and Rick Baker will bring out the real benches again.

Then, quick as a lick soon as they get them bolted down, come back and lie down all the fuck over them.

Guys? It looks girly. Leave it alone. WE (at least I) like you just the way you are. I mean -- express yourself if you must but leave the brows alone and just wear what turns us on.

Short men turn me on. Tall men turn me on. I think short guys are generally MUCH sexier, however. I have an extremely discreet test I use on men. Tells you in the first five minutes where their self-esteem is at. Short guys who pass are in my life forever. I don't even bother using the test with tall guys. Tall guys think that's all they have to be.

The Declare It Now: Wear Orange campaign was launched on Friday. Here is what happened in a few places. See more
LOS ANGELES : A noon press conference began when 3 orange-jump-suited, black-hooded figures knelt before the podium

while actor René Auberjonois (Boston Legal) delivered a stunning dramatic reading of the World Can't Wait Call. Prof. Dennis Loo of the WCW National Steering Committee contextualized the campaign and brought out the vision of transforming the situation where far too many people who hate what's going on are still not expressing or acting on that sentiment. Constitutional lawyer Stephen Rohde made clear why it's not too late to push forward for impeachment and why it's urgently needed.














John Duran, Mayor of West Hollywood, who recently led the first city in southern California to pass a resolution for the impeachment of Bush & Cheney, spoke to why he's wearing orange.





Musician Wayne Kramer (formerly of the MC-5, co-founder of the White Panther Party) powerfully declared his feelings through his song, "Something's Broken in the Promised Land". Peter Thottam, Executive Director of the National Impeachment Center, announced the next steps of the Center while sporting the orange ribbon that he's been promoting.



San Francisco : World Can’t Wait caused a lot of smiles and laughter too, at Fisherman’s Wharf, as people caught sight of our (life-size but portable) jail cell with “Bush” (a guy in a suit and a mask) behind bars under a big “International War Criminal” sign. But many people had serious thoughts, anger, anguish, and hope right under the surface too. Conversations and debates broke out in many languages, and most of the time the crew staffing our tables were kept busy talking, signing people up, and getting “Declare It Now” materials into their hands. We ran across almost no international tourists who like the Bush regime. Travelers from other countries often were utterly delighted to hear the determined message of World Can’t Wait, and amazed to learn we’re spreading a nationwide movement. Over and over, people from Spain, Venezuela, the Ukraine, Japan, the Netherlands, Australia, China, Canada, told us how important it is to make it known around the world that there are people here trying to take responsibility for driving out the Bush regime.
Kalamazoo , MI : Five of us wearing orange mobilized downtown in front of the city festival site where almost everyone passing by was going to the Black Arts Festival. Almost ALL of the Black people stopped to take our orange flyer and take a ribbon with Impeach Bush on it, or an armband or a bandana (stamped with Drive out the Bush Regime)! They were very interested and in solidarity with our cause. Many stopped to speak about how much they hate the Bush regime and how they hope they can be impeached. They were not cynical and they did not ask many questions such as how will we do this? People had immediate unity with our goals and really loved wearing the orange stuff.
Chicago : People pledged to get family, friends, and coworkers etc. to wear orange. There was a strong sense among the crowd that “Declare it Now-Wear Orange” must spread as well as the sense that it was each person’s responsibility to get others to visibly oppose the Bush Regime and demand impeachment by wearing orange. Many people took ribbons and bandanas with them. One gentleman had already taken this up screen printing messages like “He Lied, He Spyed, Impeach Him” and ‘Regime Change U.S.A The World Can’t Wait” on orange swatches of cotton fabric which he gave out to picnic goers.
Charlotte NC : A group of people kicked off Declare It Now Orange Fridays: Drive Out The Bush Regime! in Charlotte, NC at the busy intersection of 7th St & Pecan Ave. Support from passersby was overwhelming. It was incredible, so many people smiling, waving, giving us a thumbs up, and car horns filled the air in response to the bright orange “Honk For Impeachment” signs. Several people walking by said beep, beep to us show us support. One man driving by was so happy to see us out there that after laying on his horn while passing by, he came back and brought us drinks & ice. A lot of times, our street rallies only last about an hour, but due to the excitement from all the public support, two and half hours quickly passed by before we decided to wrap it up.
Bend, OR : The Country is Ready to Impeach! A beautiful balmy Thursday afternoon at our free concert in the park, "Munch'n Music" the big band "High Street" plays "The Twist" while maybe two hundred people front stage all happily twist in unison. Just beyond that I stand in front of perhaps another 500 to 800 people that are sitting in the grass with a steady slow moving mass beyond them of folks enjoying the art stalls and food kiosks on this exceptional Summer day. With my "Impeach Now" t-shirt I stand like a vendor clutching a bouquet of orange bandanas and a baggie of orange ribbons.
What do the orange ribbons mean? A woman asks. “It's the national color that indicates you are for impeaching Bush and Cheney”. Do you want to wear one? They're free, I say. I sure do she replies, my son is in Iraq and I'm really scared for him. A woman next to her raises her hand and says, I'll take one. Then another person raises their hand and they take a bandana. Take what ever or as many as you want I say. Soon hands are popping up all over and beckoning me to come to them and for the next half hour or so I am in a steady flow going from person to person giving out orange. I'm thanked continually for my efforts as bandanas are wrapped around heads, wrists and baby strollers. Soon there is no where you can look without seeing orange. See report on The Daily Koz
