Stickin it to the citizens
The fire death boxers are driving ruts around my home whenever I step out the door. awwwwwww. I told you to stop toxifying my environment and threatening folks I know and love. I'm not playing semantics with you. You don't even really KNOW HOW. Anyway, like I told the biker. EVERYONE looks just like yall before they lead them away in handcuffs. So, knock yourselves out. Letting a man be beaten to death in front of you says more about you than I ever could.
Update: My mistake. That was New Millenial Homes.
I wonder how many of these discussed homes were built by New Millenium Homes and/or how many had the help of the bikers being forced out or fucked up so they couldn't work and lost their home. OR even how many were city employees and got fucked over. OR killed. And/or has anyone NOTICED that Tampa has completely changed population since this regime ascended????????????????????????????????????????
I'm going to start suing the ass off some people if one more sonofabitch and his lawncare nazis comes near me. AND anyone else is included in that, too. This dude (got the video) actually stood on the corner having his illegal aliens (yes they were they looked very nice and very ashamed) make sure they hacked away everything that vaguely even looked like a person loved it ... mainly so they could do some more of their peeking and prying (i mean why move all those bikers and scum in if they can't even SEEE anything laying up there in the attic revolving around me???)
Anyway, what a scumbag.
And that includes anyone who had anything to do with THIS. That's my neighbor commenting on there. LMAO. THere's three of us here watching these people at work.
This is a federal crime that these people are perping. WAY MORE THAN ONE. When you use city resources to fuck people out of their homes you BELONG IN PRISON.
It's amazing that in south tampa when they plowed the house over everyone who wasn't a cop or a fireman moved from somewhere with no visible means of support and built some big ugly behemoth.
And, there you have it. The final picture. Almost.
Tampa To Buy Foreclosed, Abandoned Homes

TAMPA - City officials today unveiled ambitious plans to purchase more than 100 foreclosed and abandoned homes in neighborhoods hardest hit by the mortgage crisis.
Money to buy the properties will come from Tampa's $13.6 million share of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's $3.92 billion Neighborhood Stabilization Program, an emergency response to escalating foreclosures nationwide.
Sulfur Springs, North Tampa and Old West Tampa have been identified as target areas, based on the high rates of subprime mortgages, mortgage defaults and delinquencies.
"We have entire blocks in Sulphur Springs that are one foreclosed home after another," Mayor Pam Iorio said today. "This stabilization fund will go a long way to help."
Iorio's plan calls for buying about 80 foreclosed homes in those areas that will be fixed up or torn down and resold. Another 30 foreclosed properties will be purchased with the funds and rehabilitated as rental properties, both requirements of the federal grant.
The city plans to partner with local nonprofit groups and charitable organizations to find eligible buyers.
The money will not be available to homeowners facing foreclosure.
Florida, which posted the third-highest foreclosure rate in the nation in October, expects to receive $541 million through the program, according to state officials. The Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties, will get about $70 million.

Way to go Mayor Iorio. Why not help those who have been living here many years faced losing their homes? You won't get my vote in the next election. We don't need Riverwalk...we need a mayor that won't sell us out for a stupid grant that only benefits a select few "eligble buyers". Shame on you.

i thought pam all mighty didn't have any money to give her employees raises. this wouldn't make her a liar and mean she's hiding money would it? can't wait until she's gone. hopefully this is the end of her political road.

Remember this boys and girls. NONE of these federal funds will go to help families to KEEP their homes that are in foreclosure but will be spent to buy them up AFTER they are lost.Talk about putting lipstick on a pig!Mayor Irio, you should hang your head in shame!Voters, you should keep this in mind when you go to the polls!

Nice Plan! So instead of loans etc. to hard working people who need help to KEEP their homes; we will spend the money buying homes and GIVING them away to welfare cases (probably). This is why people don't want more Gov. programs! Decent, hard-working people ALWAYS get the shaft!

Some of you are missing the overall point. These homes, are most likely in areas, where there is little or no demand for them. There is a similar program in NE Ohio, in the same spirit. These homes turn into crack houses, or homeless hangouts. Unfortunately, many also turn into future crime scenes. They need to be torn down. And I also agree with buying them AFTER they are forclosed. There's no incentive to pay the old price...just my views...

nobull-you mean hard working people who bought a house they couldn't afford? If they get money from the government, then why shouldn't I?

AAA - No, I mean people who lost a job due to the economy & fell behind, etc. I'd rather have my tax dollars go to them then the Welfare "mom" who had 5 KIDS THAT SHE COULDN'T AFFORD & never worked day to try!. FYI - The "government" is our tax money (If you work for a living!)

you get downsized, you get another job. what about all of us who ARE paying their bills on time, still, even with this economy? i'm tempted to stop paying everything and wait on line for my obama handout.

Lost job and you lose your house? I'll work at McDonalds 50 hours a week before I lose my house and blame it on my employer. Let's face it, 95% of those going into foreclosure were those who made bad choices and are now playing the blame game.Nobody's job is guaranteed..regardless of whether the economy is good or bad.

yeah pam, wonder how THAT happened???LMAO !!!People being forced from their homes and murdered by criminals that THIS city's administration and law enforcement imported for JUST THAT PURPOSE.Then you can move MORE SCUM in and terrorize the few people who have managed to stay.Set aside the fact that two 'abandoned' homes in our neighborhood are BOTH CITY EMPLOYEES who have PLENTY OF MONEY to buy another home and live nicely there. Two brand new cars .. you know. Mighty odd, folks. Not to mention : ILLEGAL.

Yeah it's almost like that was the plan all along.Despite the fact that these people were hurting the elderly and CHILDREN and ANIMALS and poisoning people in their own homes. At least I'll finally find out what is lower (in your mind) than bikers.I always liked bikers til the city started using them to force people from their homes. You people should all BE IN JAIL.

alleng, they planned it. Your employer did it on purpose. We'd have lost our house too if not for some very fortunate timing on them murdering my family members.Seirously.It WAS a plan not an accident. It's sickening.Every dog has it's day.
