They set her up. THIS is what I have tried to tell Joe Redner on another occasion --- (Tampa U Plant Hall, Greg Palast) that this City is trying to F with him, through his family members. He doesn't see all that I see from my unique vantage point, but the last time he was running they arrested his other daughter and his ex-wife. Well, for all I know, Joe considers this publicity ... but, yknow what? Statistically, the things that have been done to MY family are impossible (without an agenda brewing) and statistically the chances of there being NO back door agenda with both of his daughters being arrested ---- both times he is close to a city management position are impossible. One daughter arrested each time.

Maybe Joe will believe me now. When Tampa and it's .... tiny Christmas light-bulbs of power want something they only know a few ways to go about it. Grunts, shoves and sending out their tin-soldiers with the shiny new loud toys (that YOU pay for) This actually makes me feel a bit better about Joe (sorry for the set-up arrest ---THAT SUCKS!!!) ... I was really getting freaked out by the Tampa Trib's Gedalius writing decent stuff about Joe .... that portends evil to me. HAHAHA. BUT, this game is being played so many slants that at this point I'm taking out my kaleidoscope and playing along ....

I find it VERY VERY VERY interesting that Tampa WANTS (let's stop being coy they HAVE TO HAVE it) my property so they started arresting members of my family and killing our animals, running me off the interstate, ramming my car in the rear end, poisoning my yard and car, threatening my children and other family members ...and other things (sending by every department in the city and county to leave some nefarious notice or other on my door for NO apparent reason ... stupid shit...) What's next? Then, they are desperate to keep Joe out of office so they start arresting members of his family. (oh, again !! --- same as last time he was a candidate!! --- I just see things more quickly because I view the biggest picture possible at all times ...)

Joe, have them stay inside until you win. Oh, and then think some on what are the chances that BOTH your daughters get arrested one for each time you campaign?? .....
You explained the first one away but this one not so easy ....
By the way "TAMPA" and your grey shirted thugs --- with their counterparts stop threatening my family. I don't issue threats, I'll just take action.


TAMPA - A daughter of city council candidate Joe Redner was arrested after a dispute with a police officer at a nightclub in Ybor City, arrest reports state.

Teresa Louise Redner-Maida, 32, of 3104 Wesson Way, was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, a third-degree felony, jail records state. Her husband, Michael Maida, 33, was arrested on first-degree misdemeanor charges of obstructing or opposing an officer without violence.

Both posted bail Sunday.

An arrest report states Maida was involved in a dispute at the Amphitheater, 1609 E. Seventh Ave., at about 11 p.m. Saturday. Although he initially left, he came back, "refused to leave and bowed up at officers," reports state.

After a brief struggle, he was taken to the ground and handcuffed, reports state.

Redner-Maida was arrested after she grabbed an officer's right arm while her husband was being placed under arrest, reports state.

Redner-Maida disputed the police officers' version of the events. She said Sunday she was part of a six-person group that went to the Amphitheater after Ybor's St. Patrick's Day parade.

A person in her group got into an altercation with a bouncer and had been hurt, she said. "The police officers weren't helping at all," she said. Boy does THIS sound familiar !!

Redner-Maida said she and her husband were leaving but went back to get the officers' badge numbers.

She said she tapped an officer on the arm to get his attention. "I did not grab any police officer," she said.

The officer grabbed her arm, telling her she wasn't permitted to touch him, she said. "He acted like I did some horrible thing," she said.

"The next thing I know, I'm being grabbed from behind by another officer," she said.

She said her husband attempted to pull her away from them, and officers took him to the ground.

Redner-Maida said she would hire a lawyer and was upset over the situation and didn't want it to harm her father's work in campaigning.

Redner, a father of five children, said he was sure whatever the facts are that they would come out.

"We have the finest court system, and I am sure my daughter will be dealt with justly and fairly by the court system," said Redner, owner of the Mons Venus strip club and now a candidate in a runoff for the citywide District 1 seat against Tampa City Council Chairwoman Gwen Miller.

Another daughter of Redner, Reyline Charelle Redner, has been arrested twice.

He fails to mention that it was during the last campaign where Joe got MORE votes than Pam Iorio running for Mayor another reason our elections should be looked at REAL REAL hard.

Her latest arrest was in June 2006 on a misdemeanor prostitution charge after police say she offered to perform oral sex on an undercover officer. She also was charged with a felony related to HIV transmission. She was arrested on the same two charges in 2002.
