As well, the Library internet usage policy clearly states that they have drawn a line (YOU GO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY NAZIS!!) between what is constitutionally protected and what is not. This implies that PORN is not constitutionally protected. Which -- okay --- it IS. Be that right or wrong. BUT, EVERYTHING on my lil blog falls under the protection of the Constitution of the United States of America.

If I want to get really serious about this I guess I could say that the library (JOE STINES and friends) are interfering with my ability to make a living by blocking my blog and that then they would owe me damages and THEN -- they would also find themselves with the others involved in a RICO action. Yep.

I should have been an attorney. The only reason I'm not is because I grew up in Tampa. Where early on you see that the law is not the rule of the land. All the players ARE the players. That would not be the type of law practice I have in mind.
