Hopefully coincidentally I just realized that this is also the site (about 20 yards away) of the guy in the little white car who purposefully pulled head-on in to my lane.

Going after their Pensions

Someone suggested to me that if you began to interfere with the pensions of public officials that would move them to endanger you ... so naturally I feel that is an appropriate thing to do.

Why should I or YOU be paying someone to FUCK US UP ?????

The firemen in Tampa caught on to this long back apparently and so in order to protect themselves from lawsuits where they had wronged a person THEY entered into private pension plans. Now, I do NOT know this for a fact but I did read this from a reliable source. At the time the two fire inspectors were being canned and there were cries to revoke their pensions ...
this is the statement that was made from a fellow fireman (that their pension plan was private)

At any rate, TO ME that's part and parcel to the fact that they ARE performing criminal activities and while the rest of FUCKING AMERICA, including the very elderly are losing their pensions and health benefit plans, the firefighters will be intact.
It DOES sound well thought out, doesn't it??

However, there is a case moving through the court system that seeks to divest a certain corrupt public official of HIS pension and I feel pretty sure that inroads could easily be made no matter HOW private a pension plan was set up.

I guess it would depend on how many members of the pension plan were found to be performing criminal activity.

I guess if someone can threaten my safety, life, child, family, home, peace of mind, sanctity .. DID I MENTION LIFE??? oh and my inalienable right to HOME OWNERSHIP and peace therein as well as the PROFIT from my own property well then I can talk about how much of their pension might be due me.
