Dear Mr Ober REDUX Kevin McGinley

Besides vaulting my own "nonsense" high up the ladder of PROSECUTION, it makes even MORE SENSE why the Tampa State's Attorney's office would stalk me in to my gym for a couple of weeks and then disappear as soon as I noted them publicly. (someone should tell people this is HOW you spell publicly)

I am PLEASED, VERY PLEASED that Kevin McGinley's MURDER; through the SUPER HUMAN EFFORTS of his parents and a few others, FINALLY made the front page of the St Pete Times with what appears to be excellent coverage.

UPDATE: I am ALSO VERY ANGRY that their son has been gone FOR OVER TEN YEARS while his murderers continued on with their lives.

NO PARENT should have to FIGHT the State Attorney's office FOR JUSTICE and to compel the laughable lawmen to INVESTIGATE the MURDER of their child.

Why, WalMart can get the State's Attorney to take action for any theft OVER THREE DOLLARS.

BUT -- MURDER SOMEONE and you can just put on your skates and sail away.

I promise you that NEVER, EVER, EVER in my life, EVER will I ever let FEAR take the wheel and STEER. It's HOW THOSE FUCKERS GET AWAY WITH IT. And, if you are letting fear steer FOR YOU, CHANGE.

You may recall that I blogged Kevin's MURDER, here. Earning myself some swell activity and then some MORE stalking. So, it wasn't just about ME, because the State's Attorney HAD TO KNOW that this article was coming out.


Before I forget, PLEASE, at the VERY LEAST, sign Kevin's parents' PLEA for JUSTICE.

Please, PLEASE, PLEASE go and sign it. I have not read the entire coverage from the St Pete Times but I am beginning to. And, you see up above where I wrote NEVER EVER EVER???

That was at least half an hour before I saw this picture. Look at the sign Kevin's mom, Jill, is holding. NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE UP. So, now I am crying. Because you look at Kevin and you look at the rest of the people involved in this case. Like my own family member he was certainly the BRIGHT LIGHT of that crowd. What was he even doing with those people?? It's what they were UP TO with HIM that concerns me.

Personal Aside: Awwww, the Tampa State's Attorney's Office -- they know EVERYONE in Tampa. EVERYONE. But, I DO notice that they haven't been back to discuss brain cancer and the personal lives of those they 'help' (punish and enslave) NOR did the 'hoverer' or his television friend look so ballsy today. LOL !!!!!
