Hey Joe Stines about my WIRELESS

Huh, this game STARTED over at Jan Kaminis Platt library. Everyone around me would be connected to the Internet and I would not be. So, after I trolled around and asked everyone else if they were online no problem and they assented, I made the best of it without being a big baby and read for awhile. Still, it was a PROBLEM because, as you know --- jan kaminis platt is the site of the chock-a-block boy and the cop calling .... Moving on. I decided to take the bull by the horns about a week ago and approached the librarian. Now, I have observed that some folks with wireless would get up and leave shortly after my arrival. So, if I WAS connected to the Internet initially as I was today .... then when my connection failed they would 'already be gone' or 'already connected'. Now, here's something interesting. TODAY I went to the library where I have only RARELY (once the games stopped and the limit of the library computer time was instituted interesting how the same old thugs are there just certain folks have been chased off so they think (pics and video) .... and of course, got online immediately. AS SOON as I connected to blogger my little pointer stopped working.
Here's what's COOL. I made a short video of the library patrons who were online when I entered and then, of course, I also was able to go online myself.
After I got online another patron entered and SHE accessed the wireless (as verified on video LOL) AND the person(s) who were there BEFORE me --- one got up and left (player, as usual) the other remained here and remained online (as verified on video) ... I was unable to negotiate my pointer or open other web-pages so I restarted my laptop. Only to find (big surprise) that my online connection would not connect. hmmmmmmmmmmm. So, I walked around to the other patrons as I have in the past and asked them if they were connected to wireless.... (only this time I took a video with me) sure enough.... no problem. They're connected. hmmmm... So, either that motherfucking movie is GOING HERE which PROVES that you are fucking with my online connection PERSONALLY OR you are going to stop doing so.

Cause I'm copying it RIGHT NOW. As your winged monkeys KNOW because they have stolen stuff off of my photo cards in the past.

Conyers Schedules Hearings with Yoo

I don't know how many folks out in lala land are familiar with John Yoo. I guess there is a certain expectation among sane people that folks who have known oppression, torture, maiming, baseless imprisonment, concentration camps ... well, our expectation of these people would be that they would LAY DOWN THEIR OWN LIVES to prevent this from happening again on 'their watch.'



Sadly, this is not the case with Mr. Yoo. (transplant from South Korea) He became a RABID NAZI in this country and extrapolated on his visions of Bush's special unitary executive powers and the need for specific and heinous forms of torture.

Thirty pages into a memorandum discussing the legal boundaries of military interrogations in 2003, senior Justice Department lawyer John C. Yoo tackled a question not often asked by American policymakers: Could the president, if he desired, have a prisoner's eyes poked out?
Or, for that matter, could he have "scalding water, corrosive acid or caustic substance" thrown on a prisoner? How about slitting an ear, nose or lip, or disabling a tongue or limb? What about biting?
These assaults are all mentioned in a U.S. law prohibiting maiming, which Yoo parsed as he clarified the legal outer limits of what could be done to terrorism suspects as detained by U.S. authorities. The specific prohibitions, he said, depended on the circumstances or which "body part the statute specifies."
But none of that matters in a time of war, Yoo also said, because federal laws prohibiting assault, maiming and other crimes by military interrogators are trumped by the president's ultimate authority as commander in chief....

Some might remember John Yoo as the author of the urinary executive idea and some might remember John Yoo for his advocacy of torture.

I did an expository on Bush's signing statements for which I received the highest mark available/in the class. I have Mr. Yoo to thank almost in entirety for his sick contribution to this chapter in American history. He and a lady named Cindy. This is also where I first found Dan Froomkin. Stellar man. At the time I had no idea that Mr. Froomkin was a columnist. I found him at a blog. Interesting. I'll have to read up on that. I WILL SAY that during this fight for my own civil rights and the America that my Grandfather moved his family to, I have met the worst of folks and the VERY BEST of folks. The best vastly outnumber the swine.

And, I'll never EVER have to wonder again who my friends are. That's so cool.

Conyers has gone ahead and scheduled a hearing for May 6th on the memo and invited Yoo in a letter today. But it's apparent from the letter that Yoo is not too enthusiastic about the prospect of testifying to Congress. He's apparently raised concerns to committee staff that the topics covered might "implicate executive confidentiality interests" and generally indicated that he'd rather not appear.
But given that Yoo has spoken with a variety of news outlets about the memo and other matters, Conyers points out, there's no reason why he couldn't talk to Congress. And while Conyers has invited Yoo to appear voluntarily, he makes it clear that he will issue a subpoena if Yoo declines.
Hopefully lawmakers will use the opportunity to ask Yoo why it was that he signed the memo himself, bypassing even the attorney general.
