Just something about this. It seems like they're still suffering under the impression that the WILDER and CRAZIER the story is the more people will believe that NOTHING like that could be MADE UP.

That's the only picture I saw of Schuyler's father, though.

I just don't feel right about this.

It just doesn't feel right and throughout the article the author seeds little suggestions as to how things could have happened.

Statement on Prosecution of Former High Officials

We urge Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a non-partisan independent Special Counsel to immediately commence a prosecutorial investigation into the most serious alleged crimes of former President George W. Bush, former Vice President Richard B. Cheney, the attorneys formerly employed by the Department of Justice whose memos sought to justify torture, and other former top officials of the Bush Administration.
Our laws, and treaties that under Article VI of our Constitution are the supreme law of the land, require the prosecution of crimes that strong evidence suggests these individuals have committed. Both the former president and the former vice president have confessed to authorizing a torture procedure that is illegal under our law and treaty obligations. The former president has confessed to violating the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

We see no need for these prosecutions to be extraordinarily lengthy or costly, and no need to wait for the recommendations of a panel or "truth" commission when substantial evidence of the crimes is already in the public domain. We believe the most effective investigation can be conducted by a prosecutor, and we believe such an investigation should begin immediately.

ERIC HOLDER agrees: At Holder's confirmation hearing, when Senator Patrick Leahy asked if waterboarding is torture and illegal, Holder agreed that it is. When Leahy then asked whether the President of the United States can immunize acts of torture, Holder said that he cannot. When Senator Diane Feinstein said that an Inspector General's report on politicized hiring, firing, and prosecuting at the Department of Justice is evidence that officials have lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee, and that doing so is illegal, Holder replied that he will review prosecutors' determination not to pursue criminal charges. When Senator Orrin Hatch asked if the president has the authority to engage in warrantless surveillance, Holder said no. When Senator Russ Feingold asked the same thing, Holder stammered and stuttered and called it a "hypothetical" but said no. When Feingold pointed out that lawyers at the Department of Justice, the White House, and the Office of the Vice President had written memos that clearly sought to sanction illegal actions, and asked "What is your view of the President's Constitutional authority to authorize violations of the law?" Ex-Fireman Pleads Guilty To Serial Stalking
He Was Sentenced To 30 Years In Prison
UPDATED: 5:14 p.m. EDT July 13, 2000
Former Cleveland firefighter Thomas McCarthy pleaded guilty Thursday to being a serial stalker and was sentenced to 30 years behind bars.
NewsChannel5's Ted Hart reports that the plea agreement spares the victims of having to testify about details of the 44-year-old's sadistic attacks.
McCarthy of Fairview Park pleaded guilty to 37 charges, including multiple counts of rape, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and felonious assault. Prosecutors said that McCarthy is the most documented stalker in the history of the nation.
In addition to the brutal rape of two women, McCarthy attacked two others in the Cleveland area, The Associated Press reports.
Police said that McCarthy has been stalking women for more than a decade and had followed and collected information on more than 1,600 women. In McCarthy's firehouse locker, they found computerized lists of his stalking victims. Prosecutors said that as many as 50 were serious targets. (honey i'm NOT gay but I am a stalking murderer)
McCarthy apologized to his victims and his former fellow firefighters. He said that while he was legally sane, his actions were that of a sick man, WEWS reports.
"What I did was wrong," McCarthy said. "It was despicable, terrible and terrifying -- it was sick."
Both of his rape victims were present in court Thursday.
In one case, McCarthy covered his face with a nylon mask, tied a woman to a pole in her basement, tortured her with a stun gun and raped her repeatedly.
"You tortured me for three hours, (and) now you get 30 years," the victim said as she addressed the court. "What goes around, comes around -- your turn is yet to come."
Prosecutors said that McCarthy got most of the information about the women through their garbage or by simply following them around for weeks at a time. In some instances, he jotted down their license plate numbers, WEWS reports.
"(He followed) his victims (for) up to a year -- planning and watching -- sometimes as many as 30 or 40 trips to their homes, watching them," Cuyahoga County Prosecutor William Mason said.
McCarthy said that his crimes were aberrations -- the symptoms of a sickness. He implied that he should have been found insane and hospitalized rather then imprisoned.
Prosecutors said that 30 years in prison will likely be a life sentence for McCarthy.
He will not be eligible for parole. Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Timothy McCormick sentenced McCarthy and said that if he lives out his prison sentence, he will be labeled a sexual predator for the rest of his life, WEWS reports.
McCarthy was arrested in September during an attack on a Lakewood woman who was rescued by her brother, The AP reports.

Foreclosure Bailout and MY HOOD

I'm appalled at the outline of the bailout funds. You have to read it yourself and how it applies to THE HOMEOWNER. You're only going to get bailed out if it benefits a big bank. I haven't seen how it works for anyone else. Are you feeling me?

The reason I notice it is that THE ORIGINAL BOYS AND GIRLS who came to steal our ultra valuable family property and had to HIT FAIL personally except for my one old friend (do ya LOVE ME ?? could ya LEARN TO LOVE ME???) and then we've been about kicked up all the way to the shore now .. it's awesome. LMAO. Anyway ... I noticed that all the sudden that lil moneymaker who used to spend his days getting lost and stalking me around online has all the sudden lost his step and GUESS WHAT????

After he made his and HER payments (three diff. properties I refer to) JUST FINE all through the eight years of the bush admin .... (HMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!) is now IN FORECLOSURE. LMAO both names.
