TAMPA - Tampa Fire Rescue has received positive news about its chances for national accreditation, an agency spokesman said Sunday.
Fire Chief Dennis Jones said his department started working six years ago to receive accreditation from the Commission on Fire Accreditation International, which would give Tampa Fire Rescue a set of national standards to meet.
Tampa Fire Rescue now expects to receive its accreditation in August.

thank you, mike999. It's indicative of the number of stalking pig firemen who follow me around online that there was ONE comment here for HOURS then I make one and the idiots jump on. When her son was prosecuted for armed cocaine trafficking the latin king judge sleet disappeared the gun. HOW many times did that little scumbag go around CHILDREN with that gun stuffed down his pants?
