Real Estate Investing and Sex Offenders

I think it used to be that when I could afford to be a real-estate investor the thought just turned me OFF> After I read a few of the books back in the day I was left .... errrr, speechless??? Change of heart??

Landlords. It's so NOT my personality. I'm appalled when I pass by places and these slumlords have window a/cs propped up with a piece of rotten board, a few raw cement blocks for alleged steps into an alleged home and then stick out their hand probably WEEKLY for RENT. Gad.

In my neighborhood while they're trying to clean it out for Charlie's Casino (LOVE THAT NAME!!!!) they've moved in murderers, crack dealers, LOTS AND LOTS of city and county employees, and/or wives, children, buddies of paramedics and firefighters, numerous sad latinos and some mean ones, some asians who really wonder how I know who they are, a few white trash (although I firmly believe that there is hope for everyone just not obama's idea of same) and well, generally ... it's sad. I want to tell the people how they're being used as the 'worst example of their type of humanity' but I don't. And, that's just the city of tampa and their assorted sanctioned gang-members. I feel sorry for the kids. You can tell they're already being indoctrinated by parents who are TOO SAD to look at and they are so pretty. I love ALL children. While I see the future gangster I still see hope.

Blood money. That goes on your permanent record but you signed up for that shit or were born into it. And, it's sad. I'm sad for you.

Wanting no part of that. Not even the well-kept places as mine would have been.

Lucky me. I make good choices and outside of a few homes sat by friends and my primary residence I have only invested in raw land or entered into trusts with TRUSTED allies. YAY. My name appears almost nowhere traceable. Lucky me. Smart Smitty.

Because, over the last several months (HELLO BABY) I have noticed a troubling trend in the real estate investors of today.

IF they want your property and you don't happen to be willing to give it away to them they will then threaten to turn yourself, your child, your dog, your parakeet, I'm honestly NOT SURE who into a sexual offender.

I can't figure out and won't reveal how many ways that WORKS for a savvy consumer and lo the fucking publicity I would be getting from that one .... but, if you're considering investing in real estate I thought you should be aware that at some point some scumbag might want to turn you or your child into a sexual offender.

And wouldn't I LOVE to get that far in to a fire station?? Where they TRACK sexual offenders here in lowjack onecow tampa. Imagine sexual offenders AND STALKERS wearing Hillsborough County and Tampa Fire Dept tshirts on YOUR DIME ... tracking sexual offenders. Kinda seems like it should be the other way around.

But, I'm not SURE what the two things have to do with each other =---- the real estate investors (LOL)who threaten to turn you or your loved ones in to sex offenders and the firefighters who track sexual offenders and are also real estate investors (if you go by the MANY MANY side businesses repairing the homes they buy that they have time to run while they're busy stalking me) .... (READ ONE AND THrEe SAME, innkeeper) nor am I positive what that might have to do with a certain innkeeper.

But, this is one fisher woman who has not lost her sense of humor.
