Alleviating some of the confusion

Anyway, I think this is a fair definition of a liberal. I myself don't label others nor do labels adhere well to me but some certain folks just seem to love slapping themselves and others with labels. (makes it easier for them to understand things in the color-coded way, perhaps)

Anyway, the boyfriend is constantly pointing out to me that many believe (and I'm finding this to be true much to my disgust) OR try to portray liberalism as free (liberal) drug-use and taking your clothes off with anyone. Well, I do what I want and I take my clothes off when I want to but my standards are pretty damned high.

Anyway ---- for anyone still unsure of what is meant by 'liberal' --- it kinda sums it up here:

Not much is said about drugs and casual sex. I think that's up to the individual. Or should be. If not that's when the statutes step in, I guess. LOL.
