Incidentally here is the yard of a city employee who is also the sister of a Tampa fireman.

Owns at LEAST two other houses and two or three almost brand-new vehicles. So, there's no problem with money... and it knows plenty of thugs to come by and mow it. This is only slightly better than the dump that sat there for years. And years. And years. And years. And years. While PAM and MARK OBER selectively enforced other citizens in sometimes successful attempts to STEAL THEIR HOMES. Some more selectivity going on in the old LIENS ON HOUSES, huh Pam Iorio? Cause you the top law enforcement around these parts.....

Anyway, the trash and debris is a hallmark of the Tome, Perez-Claudio gang members (don't forget the others !!! Keller, etc...) as they move from block to block leaving broken glass, broken furniture, GARBAGE, condoms and other miscellaneous disgust behind them. It's THEIR JOB. Their own yard stays fairly tidy; their job is to spread the trash to the yards around them to make them appear neglected. It pays pretty well... the little thieves have beemers and NO VISIBLE MEANS OF SUPPORT other than thieving, tampering with peoples' cars ON VIDEO and window-tinting. FREE RENT from Jose Tome' seems to be a component, as well.

Anyway ... this is how City of Tampa employees keep their property while you are harassed to upkeep YOURS. I think Keller the nazi boy will own this soon.
