Okay, for me this is the final dealio and the gloves are off.

Jadell Kerr !! Get an attorney (not a local one) and fight for your job. You have enough money, you have enough assets. Make a big huge stink. You've got a ton of witnesses. Take these corrupt bastards, including your boss, DOWN, by every legal means available to you.

UPDATE: THIS could explain why Mr. Garrity is so willing to bend over. Not another job loss is he wanting to suffer. (please read and refresh your memory) I don't care. It doesn't make me any less angry. I've been in the position enough times where it was up to me whether to F someone over or not. (hush on the word choice and such)
Choices are exactly that: choices. One FIRM NO can make all the difference. It's so easy to spell and to indicate. What the hell is the problem??

Not to be mean about Mark Sharpe but he's given me some looks when I was talking that were NONE too kind.
Rose Ferlita APPROVING taking peoples' HOMES AWAY when she sat on City Council less than one year ago.
Do you get it ?? They're ALL on the same program, same club, same payroll, same parties.
It BEHOOVES them to scratch each others' backs.
Unlike many around here in Tampa and Hillsborough County who are mainly interested in the publicity for their blogs or keeping their city/county jobs secure etc.... I do not owe anyTHING to this fucked up county. They OWE ME.

And, soon they'll be a payin'. They AND the City of Tampa.

If you don't help take these guys out of here in handcuffs NOW, you don't KNOW what they might try next.

I am myself a victim of favoritism towards city employees and VANDALISM by city employees and their families. They are all related by blood AND marriage to other city and county employees.

It's a GANG, do ya GET it yet??

This is YOUR COUNTY shutting someone up by intimidation, threatening their job and liveliehood and VIOLATING their right to free speech under the Constitution of the United States of America. Also under the Constitution of Florida. (not for the first time by a long shot)

If you let them get away with this then you are culpable.

Yes, it puts you in an uncomfy spot, but where are you now? Better to die on your feet than live on your knees.

Okay, tell me if this sounds mercenary. I'm leaving out names and identities for now, and even some words to protect those who frankly don't deserve protection but having never been a RAT (like some) I just don't feel good about spilling people's filthy sides of their lives onto the WWW...

However -- (you knew this was coming, right??) -- I'm willing to disclose same for a fee. In fact, I'm going to disclose some of this in a book which will definitely be for sale very soon but if you'd like to know if your name or some similar aspect that identifies your smarmy and illegal acts towards me and my family have been mentioned I'd be happy to negotiate a fee with you. For the record, save your pennies if I've known you longer than thirty years. Out of respect for you and your family I'll leave your names out.
