Tampa Bloggers -- A CUT ABOVE No Censoring ALLOWED

Censored?

Vox found it, Tampa Pirate confirmed it. Story @ Pushing Rope

I started another blog post at another location which reads differently than this one but that was before I gratefully realized the support from the Tampa bloggers, including Daydreamer of OZ at Tampa Pirate (thanks !!) and the best part of all -- it was a mutually, freely-given, absolutely bi-partisan TOTALLY INCREDIBLY spontaneous outpouring of support for our rights to Free Speech and the unimpeded Internet Access for the citizens of Tampa when they visit the Hillsborough County Library system Libraries.

I'm so glad that Tampa Pirate confirmed this -- I was incensed. I was saving screen shots and printing them and then lugged my laptop in and posted where I could and finally got on a few sites and managed to leave posts with my laptop (it's REALLLLLY slow .... so .... had to take what I could get get and cut and paste hurriedly) As well, there was alot of unnecessary 'refreshing' necessary and WWW unable to access this page (unique to the library tech staff doings)
It was very much an attack on free speech and political opinion and I did never get to stogie's comments even on my laptop they would not pop up after several attempts....

Good people raised their voices and prevented this attack on free speech.

I had to gather my emotions so that I could post about this public action by fellow bloggers. I carry a few copies of the Constitution around with me -- but seeing Americans in action? That gets to me !! But, I wiped the tears because I'm sposed to be a tough blogger ...

It was obviously politically motivated. Very sad.

I never did hear back from Joe Stines but I will consider his quick action in UNblocking our websites to be his reply.
