Man (FIREFIGHTER AND COP) gets prison for lewd acts with three girls
TAMPA -- A former Lakeland firefighter and police officer pleaded guilty today to charges that he touched a teenage girl in a lewd manner and encouraged several teens to perform sex acts while he watched.
David Lee Bishop, 43, was sentenced to 30 months in prison and 12 years of sex offender probation.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. Prosecutors said he touched one girl sexually, then recruited several of her friends to have sex while he watched from a closet. All the girls were under age 15.
He faced decades in prison if convicted of all the allegations against him, but prosecutors dropped some of the charges in exchange for the guilty plea.
Defense attorney Mike Butash said there was no physical evidence against his client, and it took more than a year for the alleged crimes to be reported to authorities. However, other young women had previously accused Bishop of similar acts and there was a chance they could have testified at trial.
Those allegations would have been hard to overcome, Butash said.
"In every case, there comes a time to fish or cut bait," Butash said.
A woman who had previously accused Bishop of sexually abusing her but was not listed as a victim in this case spoke to Hillsborough Circuit Judge J. Rogers Padgett at Bishop's sentencing.
"He may have to serve this sentence, but we carry what he did to us forever," she said.
Bishop will be a registered sex offender. (BUT ONLY FOR TWELVE YEARS, WTF???? is that also because he's a bigshot fireman HERO????)

And, for the record, we're still PROTECTING HIS INFORMATION. His address is kept confidential and his picture is not online in some areas he has been arrested. He can be an EXcop, EX fireman (though they're still BRIMMING WITH PRIDE) thief, ask young girls to perform sex acts, entice them or force them to get together and perform sexual acts on each other AND hide in the closet while he watches BUT once he gets arrested for that, we protect his information. It's cool that you can be ON PROBATION but still be a cop and a fireman. In fact, I suspect that MOST of them have criminal records.
Well, in Tampa, you can be all BUT in prison and still be a Tampa Fireman. Long as you still have your driving license. Also ... while you ARE in prison your benefits continue to accrue and your family receives benefits as well. All in all, getting a GED (if forced to) and becoming a Fireman is a good frucking idea. Then, YOU DO WHAT THE FUCK YOU WANT.

BUT, my experience is that a lot of the people inside of these cars are not always cops. The city has some program where they rent empty cars out to the carnies so they can park them in and intimidate the neighbors of certain hoods. And/or give a false patina of respect to folks like Ricky Allan Hill. Who came to my house while on felony probation to do some street theater with the Tampa Fireman's nephew trying to get me OUT OF MY HOME. Nephew or son of a Tampa cop who later arrested one of my family members. Which became a useless trip to IAD and etc ... FUCK THEM. No ONE has to play it their way. It's THEIR game but you know ... we never ASKED to play ... they forced it on us. So fuck them. Since we weren't given the rule sheet we gotta make it up as we go along ....
So, when we're driving home late at night and you slither your nasty asses out of your sex offender hole where you also stalk sex offenders and women and children and slither up the street in your BIG SHINY RED TRUCK in front of us because that makes your lil, teeny closet dicks feel bigger ... hope you enjoy what that and your personal vehicle stalking EARN you.

UPDATE: as clarification I'm adding a snapshot of his booking record ... back in 2006 when he wsa initally arrested for a LONG slate of crimes, apparently he had slithered out of Lakeland, into Tampa and become an organ PROCURER. Hmmm. Procurment usually means something different than that which is DONATED. Ya see what I'm getting at????
