UPDATE: It's NICE how they have two counties covered in their criminal enterprise, isn't it?? And, would it still surprise anyone that the firefighters in these counties know each other and take turns STALKING THEIR INTENDED VICTIMS. In this case looks like his wife stole about thirty thousand bucks. Maybe she just misplaced it.

Irregardless, when her client asked for it she decided it was a good time to take a trip to visit her family in TN. (spend some time with them before prison, perhaps) and her husband, a Pinellas County Sheriff, is acting as her chauffeur.

All perfectly innocent, of course.

Oh, despite the fact that there was a warrant (or two) and that she was perfectly aware that she was to appear at an emergency COURT HEARING.

I could BE a developer

Over the last few days it has occurred to me that I could BE a developer. In my corner are some wildly talented natural architects and near-genius money people. It seems with this combination and toss in an artist and someone who cares about the world around them (me) we'd be able to accomplish almost anything. We could probably even build a casino that would look BEEYOOTIFUL on the Hillsborough River and blend right into the natural surroundings and haul down so much dirty money for Tampa FL that we'd never need another dollar from the lottery or from property taxes.

So, considering that I could get the casino designed and built and have the money to do so I thought that a great spot to do it would be right there where there's a gambling license and until just recently Donald Trump was right down the river (and probably will be again once he and Charlie figure out how to make a casino a public good and eminent domain my ass out of there) LOL.
Which brought me to the next point. So, I found this PRIME location to build my casino, I got all the money in bed and KMART crawled up with sears and the city and mowed down and sold and purchased and collected together about sixteen to thirty acres that they are pretending is a park. (river tower park with the three picnic tables and the fence which they grudgingly open for the paupers in the hood and the thugs that stalk ME LOL)

OH but back to the property required. Man, a casino takes A LOT of property. WAY WAY more than the city has been able to acquire. But, since I've decided I could be a developer I figured there MUST be a way to acquire the rest of the property that I need for the location around the gambling license.

Surely these folks would be happy to give up their lifelong homes so that I could have what I want and so the dirty money could flow into the greedy hands that NEEDS it. You know -- to help the homeless and the children and all.

THEN, what if I discovered there was a church there??? How in THE world am I gonna build my beautiful, environmental, helpful casino with a ding-dang church in the middle of the acreage????
Well, I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll sell that damn thing to a group of thugs who jump up and down on the roof and put the same sticky substance on the breezeway that they put on MY roof and that will rot to pieces and then the city will come out there and declare a perfectly good piece of property a HAZARD to the community and those god-fearing folks at Metro Ministries will do some street theater down to city hall with the freaky neighbors and they'll all complain A LOT but of course, the rubber stamp city council and Pam of Pampa will finally conclude that a homeless shelter and a CLUBHOUSE is the best use for the church property located JUST THIS SIDE of the lucrative gambling license. (jeb and charlieco pushing through PRO gambling laws about as fast as they swim laps and lose children (sorry charlie I know YOU haven't lost any children (yet))

Well, the homeless shelter never gets built but fuhgeddaboutit. We got that zoning changed which is ALL that matters in this scenario.

See? So far it's NOT too hard to be a developer. AND, luckily lots of the folks in the neighborhood are old or maybe sell a little pot (selective bust your mofucking ass BITCH) or providentially (and QUITE suspiciously) their health seems to go downhill just like their houses. Amazing SHIT !! From perfectly maintained homes to falling down around your ears OVERNIGHT. So ... these people start dying off and RUNNING IN FEAR moving away at a clip that catches the notice of realtors who pretend they aren't IN on the scam.

Folks that look like the CIA come riding through with their sharp lizard-weird eyes and all the sudden everyone around looks like they're going TO EAT YOU.

Wait, I'm ahead of myself.

My chosen site to develop this casino unlike Derby Lanes in St Pete happens to be SMACK IN THE MIDDLE of a bunch of long-settled neighborhoods. Pesky fuckin people. Some of their children and even grandchildren have grown up and settled into the same neighborhood. Taxes are low, services are inadequate but there's a black white brown family feel to this place that you'll never find again. Part of the formula to destroy that?? Similarity to N O??

First --- I guess I'd negotiate with these homeowners to purchase their property at a fair price. I mean, they've lived there in my city for DECADES; I know them as well as I know my own children, there's plenty of money to be made. And, after all, I'm NOT a murderer.

So, I figure .. what ways can I make it more attractive for a homeowner to part with their beloved homestead??

A light comes on. I KNOW TONS OF PEOPLE IN THIS TOWN. I'll use ALL my connections to get what I want. So, I call my friend the former mayor and have him/her send his emissaries around to them ... the way it goes is this:

Thug on your doorstep -- "I understand you are having some trouble keeping up your home and we're here to offer you help.

Homeowner: Ummm, how would YOU know this?

Homeowner: OH MY GOD are you the dumbass that sent THIS letter??? (displays a poorly spelled letter on cheap paper mailed from an address in downtown tampa which traces back to the former mayor's place of bidness)


THUG: Yep, that's me (all proud and shit like he's a fire inspector)

Homeowner: (very calmly) okay buddy you can't even SPELL, how ya supposin to help me with anything? (meantime the guy is going through all KINDS of changes face is growing very threatening and he is gesticulating wildly)

Three years later there is this ONE STUBBORN BITCH that just hasn't caught on. Seems to be in her own world and shit. Never bothers anyone, doesn't talk to too many people. Laughs a lot, has a great life, nothing really bothers her. Good job, nice car, sweet boyfriend (LOL) stays busy, hardly ever home.
