Why Harriet Miers REALLY left ....
Initially, Sampson and then-White House Counsel Harriet E. Miers mused about firing all 93 U.S. attorneys, wiping the slate clean and replacing them with new appointees at the start of Bush's second term. Such a broad gesture would have sprinkled political gratitude to operatives like Griffin of Arkansas, who had worked in the 2004 campaign, they thought. (Griffin, 38, is a former deputy to White House political adviser Karl Rove and former director of opposition research for the Republican National Committee.)
This is an excerpt from the below post on the subject of the fired US Attorneys. Not only is she a liar and a croney --- she's willing to do ANYTHING to further the agenda of the right wing.
Firing every US Attorney?? Well, Bush did say that IS his right.
COME ON ... help us impeach this guy, already !!!! Headlights to Impeach !!
He fires us ALL every day. Every day the situation gets worse in America. It's past time to question this and get rid of this regime while we still can.
Please help.
Oh and here's an interesting thing I have noticed. I have seen suppression used two times in the last two days as a job title. One was in reference to the firefighters and their 'suppression specialists'. The other was Tim Griffin serving as a voter suppressionist of Florida voters in 2004. Now, given that there are nationwide reports (coming up on this blog) of firefighters interfering with elections and along with the police; also intimidating voters --- it was interesting to me to find the use of suppression in both job titles. I'm just sayin ...... it all fits together and it's interesting where it overlaps. The bad guys finally sneak their way into office after this big 35 year plan I keep hearing about. They've been working their people up through the system for years ... now the worst are in the best jobs.
