Just north of D.C., in the small suburb of Berwyn Heights, a county SWAT team raided a house last week after a shipping service delivered a large quantity of illegal drugs to the front door.

Good police work in the war on drugs? Probably not. The house is home to Berwyn Heights mayor Cheye Calvo and his wife Trinity Tomsic, and their two black Labs (pictured left). Though the package containing more than 30 lbs. of marijuana was addressed to Tomsic, the couple may have had nothing to do with the drugs.

In recent months there have been incidents in which large quantities of drugs were shipped to homes in the D.C. area, where they were then supposed to be intercepted by drug dealers --- all without the package addressees' knowledge or involvement. Calvo and Tomsic may have been caught up in just such a scheme.

This would make Calvo and Tomsic the unfortunate victims of an understandable error by the police SWAT team, except...The police action was yet another guns-ablazin' , no-knock raid, in which the officers (in what seems like SOP) shot the couple's dogs, even as one of the pups tried to run away. The cops then handcuffed Calvo and his mother-in-law and interrogated them for hours, while the dogs' bodies laid in pools of blood nearby. The cops later found the package of drugs --- unopened, as if it were an unexpected package. No arrests were made."My government blew through my doors and killed my dogs," Calvo told the /Washington Post/. "They thought we were drug dealers, and we were treated as such. I don't think they really ever considered that we weren't."Of course, it may end up that Calvo and his wife are part of a drug distribution ring, and the police have gotten their man. But even if that's true, was a no-knock, shoot-the-dogs raid an appropriate police action for a lousy shipment of pot?And what if the current, emerging picture is correct, and this is yet another botched police raid and cops-gone-wild? /If/ that's the case (and I emphazie the "if"), the Prince George's County SWAT team and its superiors need to be held accountable.Law enforcement officers have a difficult and dangerous job, and I do not make light of that. But their sworn duty is to protect and serve the public, not blast their way into innocent people's houses and shoot their dogs. The police did have a standard search warrant (which they apparently failed to show to Calvo, as they are supposed to). I like to call this "THE PAM"

update: I'd like to impress upon you the fact that the first 'big pam' sighting was (i recall) in blue and black and it was large three or four times across the back of the semi trailer and down the side ... not similar to this one pictured below. It's not their first time out of the box. They get one of their cheezy sign companies to throw some letters on a truck and drive it down the road. Have an elephant. No thanks, had mine at the circus. No, the carnival. I mean the shriners, no the masons, oops the GOP, NO the bikers, oops i meant the tampa 'democrats' ... oddly similar to the tampa republicans ....and rv dealers. wow. And the military. The grocers. The firemen, verizon, COT (city of tampa) Cops, sheriffs ... state's attorney (s) .... it goes on and on and on ... incidentally they did a story on pat frank in the paper the other day. Now lots of folks I admire ... they admire pat frank so I hope that she is not an endangered species. In Tampa, I've noticed (because I do that selectively on a whim of my own call)s that when they talk about you in the Tampa Tribune they are either spanking you or trying to make you feel like you're part of things. If you're not a greasy scumbag thieving murderer believe me you ARE NOT part of 'things' in Tampa FL.
Well, now .... interesting doings yesterday at Borders but ... hey, that's okay. From people who are willing to pay me FIVE HUNDRED bucks for something I gave 15 and change for ... I'd expect almost any idiotic thing. So there. Knock yourselves out, rebel-boys.

You may also notice that this BIG PAM truck is parked on the side of the road. Now, I'm sure the official story is that .. you know, he was lost or passed out drunk or waiting for a mechanic or ... it COULD BE that I stopped at Walgreen's AND the beach and so he had to cool his heels a bit because for reasons known only to the errrr 'family' .... he missed me on the Tampa side. Coulda been that the interstate was all crowded up and so I bolted off.



Hey, how does it feel to know you're fucking the bitches murdered your grandpa/father? Probably you already know it. Sick.



Anyway .... seen this truck twice in my life. First time, previously discussed. Then. Today. Wasn't looking for it, had a feeling it would be back ... drive the same road seven days a week. Seen this truck TWICE. You can't miss it. LOL. You don't have to look for it. It's not the first time they've done this with a truck .... the other one was really a trip. I blogged it but did not provide the photo. If I say I have it; I HAVE IT. Today this was convenient.





Generally it takes two days to get the 'official' reaction. Sometimes it's selective visits from the city freaks, sometimes it's the firemen flexing their errrrr arms. What they jocularly (one assumes) refer to as muscles .....

Two predictions:

UPDATE: Lew Rockwell appears to be an avid Ron Paul supporter. This is definitely something that Lew and I will disagree with now, yesterday, tomorrow AND FOREVER. NO WAY ON RON PAUL. Enjoy the writing, however. Perhaps Mr. Rockwell is so busy he's fooled by sound-bites like others.

I can't put it any better than Lew Rockwell did here concerning Mark Kuhn and his wife.

I will say that being stalked by the police, the firefighters and other city and county employees of Tampa Fl in Hillsborough County FL is not a very pleasant and is definitely a FRIGHTENING experience but .... it's a step above that.
However, I've not read anywhere that the Kuhns house or property was threatened or that the Firemen's family members in Asheville threatened to burn their house down. What is absolutely GALLING about this is that a guy can come from another FUCKING COUNTRY and steal and scam and that's perfectly OKAY with Tampa. BUT, put three generations in and put up with a couple decades of BULLSHIT and they're all up in knotted panties about handing me my money. That's right, darlin .. it DOES mean you and I will never be together but you only had to ask and it DOES MEAN that I won't be spending MY MONEY in the city you defile daily. AND, yeah it DOES MEAN that I take very personally what is going on here after you set folks up ... it was much better for you when I was unaware wasn't it?>? BUT, I bet it's more fun for you, now. I know it's certainly MORE FUN FOR ME to see exactly what you're made of and how deficient you are. AND, hold out hope. Maybe someday you'll get a grip on your integrity bone and find out that's all I really want ... send a smart one, willya?
