Wow, I'm stunned but happy ....

Oh and on to my lowly post on this matter. Anita blew me out of the water.

I've been calling for this for soooo long. I have to believe this may be more of an attempt to take the bad publicity away from the 13th Judicial District State Attorney's office than anything else but at least the dog is being returned.

It's a shame that someone in a position of trust has to be badgered into doing the right thing.

Well, at LEAST she CAN be badgered, some of them can't even be FORCED to do the right thing, eh??

And, she seemed to be dishonest during the trial. How many other trials has she been dishonest in? You have to wonder. The question HAS to be asked. She had already admitted and discussed time and time again that she knew the dog was formerly the Coutures. My god:

On Friday, the Coutures said finding their dogs was a step toward pulling their lives back together. When they finally tracked them down in January, even though they had paperwork listing them as the owners, they were told that the dogs had been adopted.

But on the witness stand, (long after she had refused to return the dog but acknowledged over and over again that it was Master Tank) Bondi testified, "I don't believe they are the owners of Noah."

Godwin showed her a picture of the St. Bernard the day he was left at the makeshift shelter and asked, "Is that Noah?"

"No, ma'am," Bondi said sharply.

HUH??? That's simply NOT true.

Public outcry ... does the trick.

That's going to help all of the rest of us. How much you want to bet Pam will have a new job soon? Lately they are trying VERY hard to pretend that it's all vanilla ice cream in law enforcement in Hillsborough County and Tampa. LOL !!!! Geez. Talk about your revisionist history.

You know what I bet? I bet that Barry Cohen had a talk with Pam. Barry's a good guy. He has a good heart. He has the sweetest little boy whom he worships and I bet it finally hit home with him that Pam was doing the wrong thing.

Pam? Way to fix it girl, but the time for this was like OVER A YEAR AGO !!!

And now, we have to go to work on those covered-up murders and the disingenuous replies to the suffering families.
