Anyway, you know how I was astounded that this guy, David Rolon was granted a NEW TRIAL when there is a witness to the murder who was standing five feet away? In fact, before he murdered her man he pushed her man into her and knocked her down.

And, even LESS/MORE astounded that one of these houses are now disappeared on the property listings meaning a fireman or paramedic owns it. And, let the murders FLOW BABY FLOW.

You wonder how I develop this self-confidence in my own judgment of the facts at hand? It's from stuff like this. The article looked interesting but I didn't take the time to read it. I had already sized up the case as having been tampered around with due to the property changing hands. Also, I'm sure Mr. Rolon has been promised a free ride and felt supremely CONFIDENT that he could murder someone in cold blood and get away with it.

I have become an expert on the lengths the city of tampa and it's founders and the motherfuickers they've SOLD US OUT TO will go to in order to screw someone over, terrorize them and steal their valuable property.

I'm also sure that Mr. Rodriguez was a gangmember. Still doesn't mean you can go around killing them. The point IS that no one has ever been moved into one of the five or six houses owned within a few blocks of each other by these same folks EXCEPT FOR dealers, gangsters, murderers, thugs, people who do damage to others' property and etc... AND they ALL KNOW EACH OTHER. So, now the firemen are helping them to erase their name from a murder case. Because they love sunset beach.

I bet I could get a court transcript where judge mark wolfe's alcolyte, robert fields (retired but brought back especially for my family) also denied EVERY MOTION of a young defense lawyer. It's how they FUCK YOU OVER with the legal system that is supposed to be in place for all of us.

Alternate juror Delores S. McCain told the St. Petersburg Times that it appeared Rolon had poor legal representation. She said Christopher fumbled with his notepad and his questions seemed to confuse the defendant.
"I think the jury's perception of me was based on the way the judge was treating me," Christopher said.
He said Fuente overruled every objection he made and didn't allow him to introduce evidence he thought was key for jurors to hear. For example, Christopher said, he tried to introduce evidence that the shooting victim, Mario Robinson, was a gang member. But the judge wouldn't allow it.


If you'll allow me to I'll explain why the judge couldn't admit THAT particular evidentiary tidbit.

It's because that's ALL that those folks have ever moved into those houses. Their rental properties are over six blocks apart but the day they move in off they go up and down the street ... ALREADY KNOWING EACH OTHER .... before they ever moved in. So then it's easy to see that they are gangmembers and the thin line that divides them from the homeowner is yknow OVER. These two guys knew each other and they were in business together. Unless this was just something else to do with the neighborhood blighting. I'm not sure what the fireman/biker/gangster/tampa police/sheriff/dog shooters all have to do with this but yesterday I woke up and ONLY myself and the SS officer (hillsborough county sheriff office classification officer related to all of the above-mentioned) had a notice on our mailboxes that a house in close proximity had been burglarized. LMAO !!!!! I laughed so hard. Really, I did. Then I drove around and documented the eight or nine houses that SHOULD have had those notices but did not and kinda came to the conclusion that MAYBE the carney wife of the SS officer stuck one on my house and his .... you know, to make it look good. House next door? NOPE. House on the other side? NOPE. house behind me? NOPE. Across the street? NOPE.

It gets better. I have to be quick someone is waiting for me .... and it's humid. Listen ... LMAO. I go to harbor freight over on fletcher and so to get some junk ... trade in a tool for a working one ... I'm there like five minutes and in greases a midget and a couple of other firemen. Why do tall good-looking guys follow a dwarf around? Sorry dude. You were rude to me.

Guess what they were buying??? Oh and at the EXACT SAME MOMENT AS MYSELF ??? Oh, and they had NEVER been there before because the manager was shaking their hands and bumped me in the process. Nice guy. Seriously. That's the second time I've been there in my life. I'll go back and it doesn't even surprise my son anymore.

SO, I passed by and said, "what are you guys here to pick up your burglary tools?"

They had crow bars and those things you break locks with?? Dunno what they are. Oh yeah, that's cause I'm not a thief.

When you walked in I said to the people around me .. "those guys look more like scumbags every time I see them." Well, it didn't surprise me AT ALL the fast agreement. Two others went on to say the things you have done in THEIR neighborhoods.

Firemen SHAKING DOWN CLEARWATER

Firstly they elect the council members and mayor who will defend them (or scientology) then they start STRONG-ARMING the citizens.
How do you like it when in every article pertaining to them in the TBO or the St Pete Times that whenever a citizen comments (and NO, it's not always the voxers, we don't read those two papers every day) a fireman pops up with a. we risk our lives for you every day. UH NO YOU DO NOT.
b. hope YOUR house doesn't burn down.

UH IT ALREADY HAS and you've threatened THIS ONE.

Anyway, I like the clearwater firemen.

BUT their association is shaking down Clearwater citizens on behalf of the firemen.

They want two hour lunches. They want nine work days in a month (wow that's like weekends out here in the real world. They work LESS days than YOU are off for the weekend, how you liking that??)

AND, since most of them just attend controlled burns or remodelings by fire and let citizens choke to death while they laugh or drown while they watch... WHY do they deserve GUARANTEED raises for SEVENTEEN YEARS??

IT's funny as heck because despite the fact that MANY firemen and cops jump on and comment away and try to spin things ... guess what?

THe community is tiored of these shakedowns by public safety personnel. Firefighters work nine days per month so they can have second jobs. Change the total firefighting model, 40 hour week, 8 hour days.
