Quick Poll: $102 Billion MORE for Iraq?
In April, Congress will consider Bush's demand for another $102 billion for the never-ending and disastrous occupation of Iraq.
This is on top of the $562 billion Congress has already given Bush since 2003.
And it is on top of the $3 trillion the Iraq War is estimated to cost for veterans' care, weapons replacement, and higher oil prices.
How should your Representatives vote?
((well I tried for awhile to see how to unlink this poll from my email. Not just for reasons of privacy but because your vote would just be canceling my own)) So ... good luck and try to figure it out. Over 3000 people so far have voted no. Duh.

misery loves company

I never really put much thought into platitudes but lately I've been discovering the

MEANING OF LIFE. LOL.

Misery loves company: I never got that one. I never wanted to make anyone else feel bad if I was down or anything. Seemed like something for mean people.

BUT, I do so get this. Normally you would not be able to drag two words from a quiet, serene, peaceful person like me. Especially pertaining to other people whom I can pretty much 'take or leave.'

BUT, start murdering my family and something else emerged, you know??

Then, people trying to steal my peace of mind, home, prosperity ... other stuff... basically I figured that they were doing what they could to make my days hard and my times miserable.

Interesting.

So, I got to wondering ... people try to scare YOU by using tactics that would scare THEM. Interesting. I haven't done much with that one yet but damn it's good to have the information, yknow?

AND, I got to wondering what would make them miserable?

Oh yes .....

Finally it struck me. Misery DOES love company. But, it's not what one thinks.

I can't do anything to stop a huge gang of folks from doing what they will. But, I can (and will and HAVE ALREADY) find ways to make them miserable. Would be different if they kept it on the adult level .. but they didn't.

One way I have found of making them miserable is to expose their names here and the other will be to publish their pictures. Some of which I've already done. It's good to expose evil. Evil cannot exist in the light of love. ... and the darkness comprehendeth it not ...

Instead of feeding into their program of fear, intimidation and threats towards myself, my property and my loved ones and friends, I'm going to take the higher road.

It's not something you can ignore (tried that. LOL)

And, it's not something an artist fights. In fact, I do not fight.

So, what you may see as sometimes mean-spirited? NOT in the least. This harassment and intimidation and stalking went on for YEARS and I just got started.

ANyone got any other good or bad ideas on how to impose misery on the worst assholes on the planet/?? Who I love anyway ....

I've got MANY.

Anyway, thought you might enjoy my take on one of the many cornerstones of old school knowledge.

Walmart Jacking the Dead II

Okay .. many of the petit thefts that occur at walmart are committed by juveniles. Walmart's stated objective which is UPHELD by Mark Ober and other state's attorneys across the country is that a person juvenile OR adult WILL BE PROSECUTED for any theft over three dollars. Huh.

Seems like a lot of wasted time and money, doesn't it? Could there be an underlying reason behind this because other stores (J.C.Penney for one) routinely write of losses from theft totalling nearly 250,00 or MORE a month. Sorry, can't disclose the source of that information.

I first became interested in this walmart ploy to saddle every person in their GRID with a criminal record when I would read of the residents' fights NOT TO HAVE a walmart in their community. The reasons were rife and they involved the army corp of engineers' duplicitous behaviour on behalf of walmart and on THE SIDE of walmart's ruining waterfront environment (please note suspected connection to later development of PRIME PROPERTY and other nefarious objectives similar to churches ANYONE????) okay ...

anyway, one of the reasons stated many times was the impact on a community and the NEED for more officers, more enforcement, number of times officers would be called to walmart and etc ....
Listen, Target screwed with the other voxer over the return with cash receipt in hand I later observed that the police have THEIR OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE to target. Hmmmm. is THIS a PATTERN??? The stores fight their way in to a community and then criminalize and selectively prosecute and set up individuals who step through the doorway. YEah, I think so. Any wonder that a patron calls the police to Target and the police side with Target?? yep. Plenty of dinero changing hands to help out with that bottom line needing more cigars and hookers over to the police and sheriff dept.

So, I did a little research and although you won't see any juvenile reports here, Walmart does certainly KEEP the system busy. This is just state court and seems mostly civil but I've been up to federal court, too and WOW, there are THOUSANDS. Unfortunately and probably purposely this information is only available IN PERSON at the site of the federal courthouse where you may not bring camera, cellphone, laptop any anything that might help you gather info. Imagine that in the age of the Internet not being able to search fed. court cases. Huh.
Anyway, most of them lose, apparently. Walmart has the best sharks.

The federal judge in Tampa tossed out the lawsuit brought by the families in regards to actually collecting the life insurance on their loved one rather than Walmart profiting off the deaths of employees. Unlike in other places where there is still justice available.

What's interesting is that grand juries can be asked to investigate crimes in other venues. I don't think you'll see that happening in Florida any time soon. Florida is about put a fork in it status.

Anyway, I'm out of time and the most sickening part of it is that Walmart purposely sets itself up in GA where there are NO laws against insuring folks without their knowledge. This is in PDF form and I will provide the links when possible.

This is not the story I initially read which contained all the pdf links. In fact, I almost missed the story because true to form, the current Tampa Tribune did not even MENTION walmart in the headline. The story with the best information only stated 'lawsuit dismissed' as though it were just nobody from nowhere.

At any rate, it was dismissed on the technicality that you must have over 75,000 dollars to pursue a claim against scum walmart BUT walmart had (in georgia) insured it's employees for the odd sum of 73,000 and some change. Just under 74000 and ... well, like my Grandpa would say.
