LOL !!! He made MILLIONS more.I'm to the point now that I could care less that Tampa is broke. They don't seem too broke to send out their freaky fricking employees to harass me. They have plenty of gas for the firetrucks. Gas is expensive. I can only imagine the gas mileage of a firetruck.

Oh yeah, there ain't NOTHIN like the truth and testimony from a Tampa City Attorney. I give you Julie Brown's (former Tampa City Attorney) campaign's mix ups in several areas such as questionable campaign donations and denying but later being connected to dirty mysterious ads against her opponent.

I have personal ill-gotten-type experience with one City of Tampa Attorney --- remaining unnamed for legal reasons 'at this very moment' ---- dang, one has slipped my mind.

The thing is with Julie: I think if she had just played it straight she might have won. At least maybe the next time. Now she has sealed the deal against her by not being upfront.

(the point is that these people aren't some kind of light of truth --- quite the opposite)

Oh, yeah --- the other one (of MANY) is really a state's attorney: Ms. Pam Bondi who adopted the dog and just won't give it back. Pam -- do the right thing. Barry --- why defend that? If your son lost his dog and someone found and gave it a good home and then your son saw the dog and wanted his dog back wouldn't you want his dog back??? Yes, you would. Don't help Pam Bondi do the wrong thing. Pam??? Come ON !!

8 grams is NOT a small amt of cocaine. It's intent to distribute but they had no reason to search her. It's not like she was taking her purse in willingly to up some fellow jailies ... they shouldn't be able to count that against her. I will say that the whole hitting someone with a glass is WRONG.
I can't wait to see if John Fitzgibbons says she's too pretty for this and that. Wow. I'm thinking it ain't too tough to be a defense attorney on those grounds. Ya couldn't use it EVERY time but half the time, maybe ....

UPDATE
Below poster/commenter says that amt. was .8 grams. I read '8 grams and/or small bag' variously in the St Pete Times who I actually rely on for better news. harrumph hehe. BUT, in the Tampa Trib (li_s printed daily) ... it does say (revised Monday posting) Police took Sierra to the Orient Road Jail, where her troubles mounted. There, police searched the singer's purse and found a bag containing .8 grams of cocaine. They slapped her with two more charges: cocaine possession and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Which I think I would have noticed because pretty quick I started wondering what else they might try to do to her. So Fox 13 has a link to her original charges which did not list an amt. either. I don't really care either way was just wondering about the nature of the charges.
