Luckily I opened it on video because when I first slit the catch I could see it had been tampered with. INSIDE the package the contents had also been tampered with. It was a VITAL STATISTICS RECORD which now apparently come PERFORATED. Old greasy jerry dupree, UPS had also broken THAT perforation. The asshole named Jim who answers the phone but HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY SAID, "It was PROBABLY the machine...."
